The Academy for the Peculiar holds hundreds of students within its wall. Most would consider this a small school: only housing two to three hundred. Whether you feel small in a large world, or large in a small world, how you view your life on this planet will decide how you play the game.
All are accepted here: the confident, the cocky, the shy, the small. The beaten, the broken, the quiet.
Make friends, make enemies, make... Well. Anything you want, really.
But first, before we adventure within these walls, what does peculiar mean to YOU, to ME, to US?
Peculiar can mean many different things.
From strange to weird to people with special powers, it is really your decision to decide what it means to you specifically. All types are welcome here: the mentally challenged, the weird, the ones with powers, the one who are physically challenged.
To put it in simpler terms:
"People say strange is bad: if you are strange, you are a freak show. However, when a school like no other awakens within a small town, nobody knows why or what it included. It only excepted the most pristine of students: the peculiar ones. The ones who didn't fit in. The ones who had powers, the ones who could morph, the ones that society would outcast and have them burned on a steak if allowed.
Whether the students themselves have made the decision or their parents for them, their tale has only just begun.
You just so happen to be one of those students. What will your fate be?"
Let's go through some rules, shall we?
If you have any inquires, please message me about it.
-No being a drama queen or king. Do not make it all about you, everyone is equal!
-Some subjects can be sensitive. So for the sake of the others, no rape, abuse, or other sensitive subjects.
-Keep cussing to a minimum, though it is allowed.
-Romance is allowed.
-Do not bully people OUTSIDE of the collaborative story. If your character is a bully, that is completely fine.
The Requirements.
-Google documents is recommended though not needed. What IS needed, is some sort of document that you can send me either as a link or in an email.
-At least two or three male characters.
-At least two or three female characters.
Other Notes
Being a teacher or student is your choice. A teacher is not required. If no one would like to be a teacher to teach the students, that is perfectly fine and I will create a random teacher with the form. :)
The school system is based of that of England's as that's what I am most comfortable with. If anybody is confused about the curriculum or how anything works, don't hesitate to message and ask.
