R/P! Show us your Colors!

Red was at the clothing shop helping customers get the apparel that their heart so desired, Red worked at store near main street with her adoptive father and adoptive older brother. As a customer paid and left Red looked around, where was Pearl? Red pulled out her phone and checked the time. 12:45. It was time for Pearl's shift. Pearl was the youngest of the two by twelve minutes, and as such she acted like the youngest. Red seemed more mature and almost always acted her age, while Pearl acted like a stupid teenager. Now keep in mind Red and Pearl are 17 going on 18, so Pearl had a right to act like a stupid teenager, but when Red has been manning the shop for five days in a row Red often got irritated or worried. Soon Pearl came through the door, "I'm here!"

"Where were you?" Red asked, "You're late."

"I was hanging out with Justin and Tony." Pearl, unlike Red, was more lively and energetic and was also a full blown tom boy. Red just shook her head, "What?"

"This is the fifth day in a row Green."

"Yeah I know," Pearl said with a sigh, "But I can't help it, I must go wherever the men call me!"

"You do know that's the literal definition of a prostitute right?"

"Pfft, what? No." Pearl looked at Red, Red was folding her arms and had a stern expression on her face. "I'm not a prostitute Red, just calm down I'm fine." Red sighed, "Please don't worry about me."

"I'll try not too, it's hard when I can barely count on you to work your shift."

"Yeah, but it'll be fine. Look, whatever you need one I'll go do it!"

"Really?"

"Yeah!"

"Alright," she said, "Go to the dressing rooms and pick everything up, put them on the right hangers and put them away."

"What?!"

"You said you'd do anything."

"But...but...that's haaaaaaaaard...."

"I would have done it myself if you were here on time."

"Fiiiiiinneee..." Pearl groaned, she then went to the dressing rooms and started to get stuff picked up. Within a few seconds there was an explosion outside. Pearl grinned, she poked her head out of the dressing room, "Uh, hey Red?"

"I heard the explosion too just ignore it." Pearl growled and glared at her, soon screaming was heard. "Pearl, ignore it." Soon a few more explosions went off, Red rolled her eyes, "Fine lets go."

"Yes!" Pearl put down everything she was doing and her and Red ran outside. They got to the street and saw some sort of monster terrorizing the town. Fighting bad guys using the Element Crystals, was always Pearl's favorite part. Pearl reached in her pocket and pulled out his Crystal Case and Red did thee same thing. Pearl owned the Water Crystal, while Red owned the Fire Crystal. Though the two of them often switched Crystals during battle. Pearl and Red took out the crystals and held them hear their hearts, the energy then flowed into them and their normal clothes then became Saiyan armor, Pearl's was ocean blue and Red's was the color of fire. Pearl and Red powered up to their Super Saiyan form and then charged the monster flying at a neck breaking speed.

"Pearl, take care of the fires." Red said

"Alright," Pearl the halted and started to fly around extinguishing the flames with some water abilities. Red then charged the monster and send a flaming fist to its face, the monster grunted. Red began to fight the creature with some really well choreographed moves. Once Pearl finished extinguishing the flames she then joined her sister. Red bent over and Pearl used her back as a launch pad to fly through the air and bring a powerful roundhouse kick to the creature's face. She then made a sword of condensed water and started to slash away at the creature. The creature got angry so it roared loudly, Pearl and Red backed away from it. "Let's finish this!" Red nodded in agreement, the two of them did a formation with their arms. Their respected element's charged in their body, they then held out their palms sending powerful fire and water attacks at the creature. The creature groaned before going up in an explosion. "Whew, I'm beat." Pearl said powering down, "I'm hungry, wanna go grab a bite?"

"No," Red said, "What I want is for you to finish your job."

"Then after?"

"Maybe."

"Maybe yes?"

"Just do your job."

"Fine..."

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd say hi! Anyways this is the first chapter!I think all chapters like this one will be relatively short. Anyways I hope you liked it! Anyways here's some trivia for ya! 

1. Pearl and Red are actually named after types of onions

2. The title, R/P is supposed to be said as either Rep, or Rip whichever you prefer.

3. Though it isn't clear in this chapter, Red is supposed to  be the main character seeing how the R in R/P is first.
