"Jungkook what the fuck is wrong with you?"

"What are you talking about?" Jungkook asked with a creepy smile, staring at Yoongi. The younger watched as Yoongi rolled his eyes, got up, and left. "Gosh, he's such a party pooper!"

"Yeah, but he's hot," Youngjae piped up.

Jin, Namjoon, and Jungkook's eyes widened in shock and they all gasped. "You're gay?!"

"Oops. Did I forget to mention that? It kind of just... slipped out."

"You've been gone for like, two years." Namjoon shook his head, "You could've at least told us since you've been back for like, what? Two weeks?"

"Um... Surprise!" Youngjae awkwardly chuckled. Everyone sighed and took in the information. "Why? D-Does it bother you guys? I'm sorry," Youngjae started to get up from his seat. "You know what? I'll just leave, I'm sorry for b—"

"Youngjae, shut up and sit down. Jungkook's gay too," Jin said rolled his eyes. Sure their school was like, totally homophobic and shit, but did Youngjae really think that they were all straight?

"O-Oh, okay..." Youngjae said confusedly and sat back down in his seat. They were in the cafeteria of their school, sitting down and waiting for the bell to ring to go to class.

"Okay, so, who do you think is hotter? Yoongi or Taehyung?" Jin asked Youngjae randomly.

"Obviously Yoongi!" 

"What?" Namjoon gasped. "I-I'm not gay or anything bro, but I think Taehyung looks better. No homo. He just looks nice. Guys can say that." Namjoon said, and Jungkook had to pretend like that didn't hurt. But, then again, Jungkook thought, he had no right to be mad. Taehyung and him weren't dating. They were just simply... special friends.

"Sure Namjoon," Jungkook said, not even going to bring something up. Instead, he just brought his iced tea drink to his mouth and sipped. 

"What? How do you think Taehyung's hotter? Yoongi had this hot ass green hair, he's like, almost never here. Yoongi's a mysterious ass character. I-I mean person."

Jungkook piped up in defense of his crush. "Taehyung has this gray hair, he's always fucking dressed in black, and he has a lip ring. Which, do I have to remind you, is fucking hot?"

"I agree with Jungkook and Namjoon," Jin let out and explained. "Yeah Yoongi's hot, but Tae looks all sexy and has this dominant vibe to him, I don't know."

"Taehyung's funny."

"Yet also intimidating."

"He's straight up cool. Like, every girl's wet dream," Namjoon whispered.

And sure, Jungkook looked tough on the outside. But he knew that he was just a teeny bit sensitive on the inside, and that when he crushed... well, when Jungkook crushed: He crushed hard. Seeing his friends talk about his crush, Taehyung, like this, it just... triggered something in him.

At first, Jungkook had been okay with it. But now, with everyone talking about how good Taehyung is of a person, it just hit Jungkook that he could never be with Taehyung. Not in the way he wanted.

Taehyung's this lovely person, and he'll never be able to reciprocate the romantic feelings back to Jungkook.

That hurt.
