Niall Centric Oneshots

The Flu

Hi! This is my first story on Wattpad so I hope you enjoy!

When Niall woke up he immediately winced at the throbbing pain in his head.

He sat up and placed his hands on his aching forehead, groaning in frustration when he realized he was probably running a fever judging by the heat coming off of him.

'No no no! I can't be getting sick!' Niall thought to himself. He knew that this week was going to be incredibly busy and he couldn't afford to take a sick day.

Slowly, Niall stood up and stumbled to the bathroom in search of some medicine for his horrible headache.

He looked through all of his cabinets and drawers but he couldn't find anything that would help him.

Sighing in defeat, Niall shakily walked into the shared kitchen and got to work preparing tea in hopes that it would help ease his head.

After the water boiled, and he placed the tea bag in it, Niall slowly sipped his tea and sighed in relief when it slightly helped his headache.

Confident that he would be fine, and it was just stress that gave him the symptoms, Niall went back to his bedroom, quietly as to not wake the other boys.

He checked the time before he crawled into bed. 4:57 am his phone read.

He had to wake up in 2 and a half hours but Niall was beyond tired and he quickly fell into deep sleep.

Niall woke up to the sound of his alarm clock. He quickly realized that he still had his headache and now he was feeling terribly nauseous.

As soon as he turned his alarm off, he felt his stomach twisted painfully and his mouth began to water.

Niall gagged then slapped a hand over his mouth, bolting to the bathroom, just barely making it in time before he began to throw up everything he ate in the last 24 hours.

He was kneeled over the toilet for about 10 minutes before he finally finished and slouched against the wall, breathing heavily.

A knock at the door interrupted Niall from his self-pity.

"Hey, Niall are you in there?"
Liam asked

"Y-Yeah. I'll be out in a minute Li."
Niall tried to keep his voice steady. There was nothing the boys could do, so he figured he shouldn't worry them.

He would just buy some medicine and hope for the best. After all, that was all he could do.

Liam hesitated before replying
"Are you alright in there Ni?"

"I'm fine Liam."

Liam hesitated again before finally deciding to just keep an eye on Niall.

"Okay... Hurry, we're leaving in 15 minutes." He said before walking away.

Niall heaved himself off of the floor and flushed the toilet, then walked to the sink to look at his reflection.
