When Devan went to bed her dreams were...Interesting, she saw Bruce pitching fire,even though it was broad daylight, and There was someone standing behind him holding a knife,he had dark blue hair and was wearing all black with a forest green mask, the person made a move and immediately Devan ran to stop the murder but when Devan got close the image changed, now she was standing on a edge, beside her was a young girl. Devan couldn't see her face but she could see what she was wearing, she had a long sleeved black dress, her Lavender hair was blowing in the wind, she looked down at the rag doll in her hand then a tear came down on her cheek.
She stared to speak
"What did it cost you to get here? Did you Sacrifice a loved one? Did you see your father with your mother? Are you wishing to go back? Did you always feel close but it just keeps going? Did your find desire and lose hope?
those are Memories.
Memories of Her.
Memories of your after life.
Are you still wanting to finish what the world has done?
Are you still wounded by his death?
All those scars.

She started to cry harder, then she threw her rag doll far into the air and it turned to ashes, she crumbled on the ground, her hands to her face
"I need you Devan, where are you? I can't do this alone..."
Then Devan heard a yell and instantly woke up.
"What's up" A familiar voice said, it was was Dillion and he was hold a piece of paper, his bright yellow eye and his black eyepatch stared into her eyes "it's Sunday,Ermmmm... Devan...Wing? Daughter of Katherine Wing? Young sorceress of demons...? Am I correct?" Then he smiled. but she screwed big time Because Devan was not in the mood for jokes early in the morning, so then she yanked the piece of paper on Dillion's hand and found his name "Ok let's see..." Devan had found Dillons name but she didn't know how to pronounce the others because it was blurred but read it anyway
"Dillion Cage... Son of Bitch, Master of Being Annoying. Am I correct Asshole?"
Now Dillion looked even more offended, they were in silence for 5 seconds, then Devan slapped him and went to the washroom to do her morning routine, after that she decided that she would wear something close to what Mariam would have worn, she picked out a black romper with long sleeves and Dark Purple sneakers and white socks, she tied her hair in double buns, but when she opened her window it was windy as hell, and so she wasted her time, she went back to her closet and just changed into a white sleeved shirt with a red crescent moon in the middle paired with a long grey jacket, red jeans, and black boots. She went to the garden and immediately regretted getting ready fast.
There was Dillion with 2 white skateboards
"Don't worry" he said "I'll teach you how to skate" luckily Devan already knew how to skate "you don't need to teach me" she said, Dillion nodded and gave her one skateboard and took the other "race ya to the bridge"he said grinning Devan took the challenge "your on".
They both reached the bridge at the same time.
They sat on the bench
"You wanna here a joke?" Dillion said "sure" Devan replied
"Knock knock" Dillion started
"Who's there?" Devan continued
"Interrupting cow" Dillion said with a slight grin
Curious Devan said
"Interrupting c—."
"MooOoooOooo" Dillion Interrupted
They both laughed then looked at the horizon.
"It looks beautiful" Devan said
Dillion gave a small laugh "just like you"
They both smiled and skateboarded back to their dorm.
When Devan came back she didn't feel well
"Are you ok?" Dillion asked
Devan replied "No not qu—." Then She collapsed but Dillion was there to catch her.
She looked him in the eyes, then blacked out.
Author note: Yes. Yes they will start dating. But not until like chapter 11 I think.
I think the book will be pretty long though...
