My Brother's Promise Is Super Important

I wasn't ready for school today. I wasn't really in the mood for idiots and a horrible lunch. But Amber Liu would be there so I guess I would be okay. As long as my brother didnt ruin me before that. "Yah! Sumin-ah, wake up before Oppa throws you out of bed." My older brother, Jihyuk, yelled loudly. Jihyuk was a tall football player who was super popular. I was always asked: "Your brother is so great! Why aren't you?" I ended up giving those people angry glares. "Oppa~I'm already awake! I just don't want to leave my bed." I mumbled into my pillow. Jihyuk chuckled sitting on my bed. "I'll tell Amber to come with me today so you guys can hang out." He proposed. I sprung up. Him and Amber were best friends since I could remember. Many people were jealous of me for that but little did they know that I never talked to her. She came over a lot but I was to shy to talk to her. "Will you really? You better not be lying to me. You know how big this is for me." I said holding onto one of his arms. "I promise Mini! Just get ready so mom doesn't yell at me again for us being late. I don't need that from her." Jihyuk scolded. I nodded quickly and he left. I wasn't even sure if Amber knew me or not! Today I would find out.

I couldn't sit still during school today. I had believed Jihyuk about his deal about Amber. That loser better not lie to me. He was actually a really good brother but he had his bad moments that made me think whether I liked him or not. I was still out of it and day dreaming about my one and only when my teacher said words I hate hearing. "Pop Quiz my dear students. I'm sure you will all fail this one. I even gave you the best questions I could come up with!" I sighed heavily staring at the man I wanted to give a massive injury to. "No Sumin, you can't hurt anyone." I whispered to myself, closing my eyes. "Miss Sumin, is there a reason why you are talking to yourself like a crazy person?" My teacher asked loudly. Everyone in the class laughed. I rolled my eyes and growled. "No Mr. Park..." I said sarcastically. He chuckled to himself and handed me a quiz.

At lunch, I sat with my regular friends; Sehun, Kai, Tao, Kyungsoo, Chanyeol, and Chen. My brother sat with Baekhyun, Lay, Suho, Kris, Luhan, Xiumin, and Amber. "Guys I have news." I said putting my hands on the table. "What?" I chuckled. "Guess who was promised a visit with Amber after school today?" I looked up. "You!?" "With Amber!" "GIRL." The boys responded well. "Yes! Me! Jihyuk said if I didn't make him late for school today that he would invite Amber over so I can talk to her." I bragged. "Sumin!! You have to make a move on her!" Chanyeol said. "But Yeollie~" I whined. "No, seriously you have to make a move." Chen assured. "I mean why not try atleast?" Kai asked. I sighed. "I guess....I have to make sure even knows who I am. I mean how embarrassing would that be if I made a move and she thought I was like, ten?" I cracked my shoulders. "But if you knows you're not ten, get on her. Climb her like a tree. Take her away into your bedroom and keep her there forever." Kyungsoo said with his creep face. "Hyung~ Don't do that~" Kai whined hugging Kyungsoo. "Forgeting about the freaky being over there, I have a quick question." Tao said pointing a finger. "Yes?" I waited for the diva's question. "Will Kris be there?" Tao's one question led to a parade of others. "Ooo! Will Luhan hyung be there!?" Sehun asked. "No no! Baekhyun hyung is much more important!" Chanyeol fought. I sighed at my loser friends. "I also guess I could ask Jihyuk to invite them over too. But you guys owe me BIG TIME." I said pouting. "Okay. Go ask Jihyuk now." Tao shooed me away and smiled. I rolled my eyes. I stood up and walked to Jihyuk shyly. "Oppa~" I quietly said while poking his back. "Yes?" He answered turning around to me. "Can you invite all of these guys over? My friends what them to come too along with Amber tonight. I mean it is Friday." I looked at him innocently. "Yes Mini, I'll invite them. Now leave." I chuckled at my brother who smiled after his agression. I left and sat back at the table. "Jihyuk is going to invite the boys!" I said excited. "Yessssssss!!" They all said in unison. "You guys better be there tonight. I gurantee Jihyuk will get me back for this." They all nodded and I shook my head wondering what I had just done.
