Chapter 2

Ana's pov

I just stared at him in awe, I couldn't believe my eyes, I was just standing there awkwardly and he gave a small laugh "i'm guessing you're a fan?" he said with a smirk which made me melt inside! He was even hotter in person! I finally got some words out of my mouth and said "I love you". He just laughed and I said "omg did I really just said that out loud?!" amazed that those words escaped my mouth. Once again he laughed and his laugh was so perfect. "it's okay, I love you too baby" and I squealed, which made him laugh once more.

I then asked to take a picture with him and we took a couple of selfies. "So where are you going" he asked me, "California, San Diego" he smiled and said "really me too! What time is your flight?" I looked down at my phone to see the time and told him "in exactly 2 hours and fourthy minutes" he smiled and said "I guess were going on the same flight then" I gave him a huge smile and said "ya I guess... Well i'll see you in the plane then, I mean you're probably not gonna want and hang out with me... Im just another annoying fan" I said looking at the floor. He lifted up my chin and said "I didn't catch your name", "Ana" I replied, to which he said "well then, Ana, will you do me the honor of waiting for our flight with me?" I gave him a huge smile practically screaming "OH MY GOD YES" and jumped to him giving him a hug, to which he hugged back and realising what I just did I backed away awkwardly looking at the floor"sorry" I said "it's okay, I liked the hug Ana" he said, I looked up and he was smirking and I could feel my cheeks turning red.

"You're really beautiful Ana", I looked down at the floor and said "you're just saying that" I wasn't looking for compliments or anythong I actually don't have a lot of self confidence, and I wasn't really use to getting boys attention or anything, so getting compliments was rather odd to me and I didn't really believe when Aaron Carpenter said that. I mean he probably says that to every fan.

He snapped me out of my thoughts and said "you really are, trust me" I smiled and if it were possible my cheeks got even more red.

Aaron's pov

I was walking towards my gate to sit there and whait for the next couple of hours maybe grab something to eat, and I saw this really cute girl with the most beautiful hair ever, it was really different than any girl i've ever seen. She was looking around really confused, so i decided to go up to her and say "you look lost, do you need help?" She turned around and she just stared at me with her eyes wide and her mouth opened. I laughed "i'm guessing your a fan?" She just continued staring at me which caused me to laugh again. Then all the sudden she says "I love you" I laughed and smirked at her and she looked stunned at herself for saying that "omg did I really just said that out loud?!" I laughed once again and said "it's okay I love you too baby" and with that she blushed she looked really cute blushing.

We talked some more and I found out we were going on the same flight to San Diego. And I might of kinda of hit on her but she was really beautiful and she seemed really nice and down to earth. She kept looking down at the floor and blushing. It was to cute. I like that about a girl. I do like someone but i'll know she will never like me back so...

Ana's pov

We started walking to what I guessed was our gate and sure enough we soon got there.

I told him I wanted to go have lunch and he said we would go together. We decided to go to MacDonalds together, it was close to our gate and we both liked it. I still couldn't believe what was happening. I am having lunch with Aaron Carpenter!

We ordered and sat down with our food. "So I can tell from your accent that your not american, don't get me wrong you speak really well but-" I cut him off by saying "i'm portuguese, i'm spending summer in California with my aunt and uncle" I say smiling because he was actually showing an interest in knowing me. I mean Aaron Carpenter wants to get to know me. How crazy is that?

We talked some more to get to know one another and I was having fun talking to him, the two hours passed in no time and soon enough we were boarding.

We didn't have seats next to each other on the plane and I was sad about that, but he said he would wait and ask whoever was sitting next to me to exchange seats.

I couldn't believe he did that just to sit next to me.

It was a really nice lady and she didn't mind and he sat next to me. We made small talk the hole plane flight and just told each other stories of our life and laughed. It was the best, and has excited has I was to land I didn't want the plane ride to be over because I didn't want to leave to probably never see him or speaking to him ever again.

Aaron's pov

We talked until the flight, we talked during the hole flight and just got to know each other. The hours went by flying, she made the time go by faster. I could already tell I wanted to stay in touch with her, even if we just stayed friends.

We heard the flight attended say that we would land in about 45 minutes. With that I turned around changing the subject and asked "so where in San Diego are you staying?", "I think the street it's called Macaulay or something like that" (a.n. i just made that up i have no idea if theres a street with that name or not) she said and a smile.grew on my face, "What?" She asked confused. "That's like 10 blocks away from where i'm staying!" She looked really confused once more.

Ana's pov

What the hell are blocks? Like blocks of cement? English is my second language so i dont know everything, i've been speaking english since I was practically a baby but there are some words we don't really use back home. Like blocks for example. So what is that supposed to be, i'm guessing it's some kind of distance measurement or whatever. Aaron interrupts my thoughts like he's reading my mind. "10 blocks is about twenty minutes walking or 5 by car" he says and a huge smile forms on my face. He continues by saying "Since you're staying so close to me... Maybe we can hangout", "I would love to" I say and he smirks at me. "I mean I don't know anyone my age or anything and you're Aaron Carpenter, I would be crazy to not want to hangout with you"

As the flight is coming to an end we exchange numbers but i told him he could only had me on viber and stuff with my portuguese number and then when I got an american number I would text him with it.

Then the plane starts to go down until it finally it's the ground. And we have landed in San Diego, California.
