Judge Mathis: Goodmorning everyone, we are all here in the case of Mr. Rodriguez v. Ms. Montez. Now Mr. Rodriguez you are here to gain custody of two year old Chanelle Montez Am I right?

Chris: Yes Judge Mathis, I am here to gain full custody.

Judge Mathis: Now Ms. Montez, do you have anything to say at the moment?

Sariah: No Judge.

Judge Mathis: Well okay then, Mr. Rodriguez you may start this off.

Chris: Judge this woman is an unfit mother & I have proof for you. Also I have some witnesses if you would like them to speak. I have been around this child since was born I am the only father figure she knows, and I've been supplying the funds to keep her fed & clothed. If you would like to see some of the notes from the doctors stating that I've been bringing her to the appointments here you go. I have footage of Ms. Montez leaving this child in a hot car just to "Benefit " herself.

Judge Mathis: Is this true Ms.Montez? 

Sariah: *Puts head down* Yes Your Honor. But I played a role in her life also.

Judge Mathis: I would like One Of Mr. Rodriguez witnesses to come to the stand.

I got up & said a silent prayer before standing next to chris. Chris looked at me & I sighed, I finally got my chance to say what was needed to say. Judge Mathis must've saw how nervous I was so  he got one of the guards to get me some water & turned on the fan. As I relaxed the questions were started to get thrown at me.

Judge Mathis: Hello Ms. Moton, now I am gonna ask you some questions reguarding your relationship with Mr. Rodriguez  Okay?

Me: Yes Your Honor.

Judge Mathis: How long have you two been dating? Have You ever met Chanelle? If so explain the relationship between these two please.

Me: Mr. Rodriguez & myself have been dating for a while now, & Yes I have met Chanelle before. From what I've seen Chris loves this little girl to death, she calls him dad & she never leaves his side once she's around. She doesn't talk about Ms. Montez as much, but when she does she only says how she doesn't wanna go back with her mom. Me & Ms. Montez do I have our own history, but lets not bring that into this situation. 

Judge: Thank you for your time Ms. Moton. You may have a seat you look like you about to faint.

I sat down & caught my breath, I feel feel Sariah staring at me. Once I looked in her direction, she looked as if she was trying to get me to forgive her & just to let you know I wasnt having that. The judge analyzed the evidence & Chris had full custody of Chanelle. I screamed & just celebrated, Chanelle got her early birthday wish to come true. & that was to stay with her daddy.
