Chapter 1-Dead Man Walking

"Jesus Andy! I'm sick of looking at your miserable face! Change it!" Juliet shouted at me as I peacefully sat on the couch.

I will go crazy sitting in this house, listening to Juliet shouting at me all the damn time. I don't know what it is, but we've lost the spark we once had. I guess it started when Juliet became furious that I was spending too much time with the guys.Well, this is how I earn our living and I made that known to her to which she became even more furious .The tension started from that moment on and it's been at least four months since we've had a decent conversation .

"I'm going out for  a drink at the bar. Should I stop to get you anything?" I asked.

"No just get yourself out of here and when you come back I want you to shut up!"

"Now what did I do to deserve that Juliet?!" I shoot back in rage .

"Really? Really? What did you do ?You're meeting -"

"Why in the world do I even try being civilised with you ?"

I grabbed my car keys and stormed out the door. Once I got into the car, I decided that I would drive to the bar.King for a day by Pierce the Veil is always my go to song when I'm angry so I put it on.

I turned up at the bar and walked inside, feeling as if I were about to collapse from everything I was feeling. I noticed the guys there -Ashley,Christian ,Jake and Jinxx .They seemed to be having a good time until they saw me .They went from laughing and screaming to incoherent mumbling. Almost as if they were guilty for not inviting me .Jake wanted to say something, but I interrupt him .

"It's fine I understand why you guys didn't invite me .It's okay though. Who wants to hang out with me when I'm miserable and no fun."

"No that's not the reason. We just didn't think you'd feel like going out with everything happening .Had we known we would have invited you .We're your bro's and we'll always be here for you," Jake said and they all agreed.

Everyone got up to hug me and I felt a bit better with all of them here, but I don't feel quite right. I glanced around during the group hug to see Ashley sitting down, looking on his phone as if he were not interested. I broke away from the hug, but as soon as I did so  he got up and walked to the restroom. I decided to follow him. He's acting really strange.

"Guys, I'm going check up on Ashley! " I shouted while walking away.

"Okay, how long will  you be ?"CC asked.

"CC shut up! Just let him do what he wants to. Don't imprison him," Jake said.

"I'm not impr-"
"Yeah sure, " Jinxx interrupted poor CC.

Laughing at them, I continued my way to the restroom. As I entered, Ashley got out of one stall .

"Hey Andy," he said softly and continued fixing himself in the mirror .

"Ash what's up? Why are you avoid-"

I was interrupted when Ashley hugged me tightly.

"Sorry for being so rude. I just can't stand to see you in this state .You're my best friend and what you feel I feel." 
I hugged Ashley tighter, not wanting to let go. He just made me  feel way better.

"Okay Biersack, let's go get that sack of beers."

I laughed at Ashley's ridiculously terrible joke and realized that this was the first time I have laughed in months. Ashley and I made our way out of the bathroom and we were totally shocked by what we returned to. CC and Jake were making out while Jinxx pretended to be playing the violin.
