Derek's POV
"I'm Derek Hale, your long lost brother." I smiled.
Her lips parted as if she was going to say something but nothing came out.
Ok, maybe I didn't need to be so blunt about it but I didn't know how to say it exactly so blunt was better.
Yes, we have different last names. We had different dads, I knew about Erika but she never knew about me. Our mom didn't want her precious little angel to know anything about werewolves, so when I got bit & changed they forced me out of the house. I've been on my own ever since, I don't want Erika to be alone. Yes she's got Karol & Jack but they're keeping secrets just like our mom & dad did.
If she's here in Beacon Hills then I want to be the only person that doesn't lie to her, would you want to be lied to from someone who was related to you? I didn't think so.
"I know it's a lot of stuff to take in but if you need anything here's my number." I handed her a piece of paper with my number on it.
She took it with trembling hands.
I was walking to the door when I heard Erika.
"Derek?" She squeaked.
"Yes?" I turned around.
She ran up to me & hugged me.
"Oh..." I patted her back.
She pulled back from me and smiled. She was cute, we did look alike. We had the same dark hair, the same brown eyes, even the same butt chin when we smiled. Ok that was a little weird to think.
I smiled down at her and walked out of the lacrosse locker room. I hope I'm doing the right thing.
Erika's POV
I watched Derek as he walked out of the lacrosse locker room.
I sighed.
"I'm so tired." I walked to Scott & he wrapped his arms around me.
He kissed the top of my head.
"You want to skip lacrosse?" Stiles piped up from the back.
"That isn't a bad idea, Stiles." Lydia smiled.
"So everyone's up for it?" Scott looked down at me.
"I'll be fine as long as I'm with you." I smiled.
"Uck, get a room." Lydia said as Scott bent down to kiss me.
"You're just jealous." I stuck my tounge out at her.
"Am not!" Lydia did the same back.
"I'm starved." Stiles whined.
"I CALL SHOT GUN!" I yelled.
Scott groaned.
"No fair."
"Fine, we'll both sit in the front. I'll sit in your lap." I bit my lip.
Scott smiled.
"No, you two love birds in the back. Lydia sits in front." Stiles said as he was getting out his car keys.
"Fine with me." Scott & I said in unison.
*-*-*
"Ha! I beat ya again Stiles!" I did a little victory dance.
"I wasn't paying attention! No fair you cheated!" Stiles pouted.
We decided to go to the Rolling Pins bowling alley. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza & splited it, we bowled for a little bit and now I just beat Stiles at air hockey for the SECOND TIME!
