Chapter 12- Late Nights

A/N: I know I haven't updated in a reallyyyy llllooooonnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggg timmmeee. And I'm sorry. You see, most of the time, I'm on my phone. And it's very hard to update my story on it So yeah. And I'm barely on my laptop or computer. So, here's what you've all been waiting for...

As Cody and I linked our arms back together, I slowly pulled my arm out. I walked down the stairs, into the kitchen, grabbing a cup of water and drinking it down faster than you can read this sentence.

I ran back up to Cody and faced him. "Let's go."

I walked back up with him and pryed open my room door, seeing everyone laughing along. I sat back down with Cody on my side and scanned through everyone's faces, but Austin's.

"You okay, Cara?" Scarlett spoke first.

"Uhm, well. Yeah, sure, I am." I stuttered.

An awkward silence eh.

"Hey, erh, can we play Truth or Dare again? You know, like, the first time we met?" I nervously said.

The girls looked at each other and nodded back to me.

"Of course we can! I rather play that anyway!" Natasha spoke.

It was 2AM in the morning and we decided to get some sleep. The boys got up from my room and headed over to the Guests Room, leaving us, girls, alone.

I locked the door behind the boys and turned back to the girls.

"There's something wrong with you earlier on, Cara. We'll talk about it tomorrow okay? I think we all need our beauty sleep." Alli spoke.

I nodded and plopped down onto my bed, and shutting my eyes.

"Goodnight babes." I mumbled.

And then there I was, laying sleepily on my bed.

.

"RISE AND SHINE, SLEEPY HEAD!"

I groaned. "Go away." I pulled my duvet over my head.

"No can do, my friend! Leggo!" Scarlett pulled at my leg as I grabbed the bars behind my head.

"Natasha! Come 'ere and help me!" Scarlett called out.

Soon Natasha was on her side as I felt the both of them tugging on either of my legs. A few minutes later, the door opened and I felt someone sit on my back and Natasha and Scarlett had stopped pulling my legs. The door closed and I let go of the bars, still feeling the person on my back.

"Will you please get off me?" I sleepily asked.

The figure had stood up slightly and flipped me over and sat back down on my stomach. I hadn't bothered opening my eyes. I immediately found a pair of lips down on mine and knew who it was. The soft and tender lips met mine and I kissed back as the kiss became more passionate. I slowly pulled back and my eyes fluttered open.

"G'morning, babe." Cody leaned back down and pecked on my lips.

"I could get used to that." I smiled ear-to-ear.

"In that case, I will do it every morning when I get to see you." He smirked.

I brushed it away and realized that only the both of us were here. "Where are the others?" I asked.

"It's 11:45 babe. Everyone else is having doing their own things downstairs. Come on, let's get some breakfast." He smiled and pulled me up from my bed.

I walked into the toilet, not bothering to close the door, and brushed my hair neatly and pulled it into a messy bun. I then rinsed my mouth and left the toilet, hooking my arm with Cody's, which he had offered.

"Good morning!" Madison happily said, chewing on some pancakes.

"Someone's in a good mood, aye?" Greyson smiled.

"Morning!" I smiled at each of them. My smile immediately dropped when I saw Austin. I faked a smile at him and sat opposite Natasha who was busy stuffing her chocolate pancakes in her mouth.

"Mow-wing!" Natasha mumbled, pancakes filling her mouth.

"Morning to you too!" I laughed.

"Girls time later?" I guess Scarlett saw the fake smile as she glanced at me.

"Sure." All the girls agreed. I gave a thankful smile toward Scarlett.

We ate our pancakes and all the girls went up to my room without me. I quickly finished the last bite and gave a peck to Cody on his lips and ran up the stairs to my room. I hope Austin realizes I love Cody. A lot.

All the girls were sitting in a circle and talking quietly as I entered the room.

"Spill." Natasha demanded.

I wonder how to spill when it might break one of my best girl's heart.

Here it goes..

They might hate me and think I'm lying. Or they could love me still and Scarlett would break up with him.

I don't know what to do, honestly.

But I have to do it.
