My Mistake

Chapter One: The Chase

I could feel my legs burning and I was easily loosing my breath from trying to out run the police. I looked behind me and saw Calum and Michael trailing very closly behind me. I could see Alyssa's long blonde hair and Ashton slightly ahead of her. I looked to my left and saw Luke sprinting next to me with his mouth slightly agape.

The sirens were steadily getting louder and louder, as I began to fear that we wouldn't make it to my house before the police eventually caught up with us. I heard a police car door open and the sound of Calum screaming. I looked behind to find to my suprise that Calum got tased, and he just kept yelling at us to keep running.

I stopped running and looked at Calum who shot me a look and yelled "Run goddammit!"

I didn't have time to debate wether or not I should run when I felt someone grab my hand and yank me into a run. I looked up and saw Luke looking at me with confusion written all over his features. "What the hell were you thinking?" Luke said gasping for air.

"I-I-I dont know!" I screamed at him and started sprinting again.

After running for about 10 minutes we stopped at a park to calm down once we though we had lost them

"Whats going to happen now that calum got caught?" I asked not so sure who I was asking.

"We should-" Luke got interruped when the loud sirens started up again.

We all immediately stood up and started running to my house, about a quarter of a mile from the park.

Once we were all at my doorstep Alyssa quickly got out her key and opened the front door. We all quickly and quietly ran to my room.

"You guys wanna stay here tonight?" I asked still out of breath.

They all agreed. I kept thinking about what was happening to Calum and if he was okay.

At about 6:00 am there was a knocking at the front door, of course my  dad got it because he leaves to go to work at about 6:30 am.

"Hi, can i help you?" Her dad said.

"Are you the gaurdien of Britney and Alyssa Green?" the police officer asked.

"Yes, is every thing alright?"

"Sir, are you aware of how much trouble your children are in?"

"No whats going on?" Her dad asked very concerned.

"ALYSSA, BRITNEY GET YOUR ASSES DOWN HERE!" There dad screamed waking every body up.

Every body woke up and ran downstairs, even thogh her parents prefured that they asked if the boys could spend the night they never really minded most likely because, they trusted the guys. As soon as we all got down the stairs we all knew we were in some deep trouble.

"So all you kids wanna tell us whats going on?" Her mom asked.

Because non of us would budge and say what happened the police office called for another police car to come.

Once the other police car came we all got handcuffed and put in the police car to go on another adventure.....to the police station.

Once we were all  ( Luke, Micheal, Calum, Ashton, Alyssa, me and all our parents) at the police station for about 6 hours we all got off with 8 months of community survice. Which i thought was pretty good because we all we doing underaged drinking at an abandoned house and then ran from the police. From there we all went home and our community survice started in 2 days.

"I cant belive you two!" Are mom screamed at us wile we were both saeted on the couch and she and our dad we standing in front of us.

"We just-" I got cut-off when my mom told me to be quiet and that she wasnt done talking.

"You two are grounded for 3 months, and no more hanging out whith those boys." She said rather upset still.

"Well im still hanging out with them wether you like it or not mom." I said as Alyssa was just sitting there being quiet.

"Excuse me?" She said as she raised an eyebrow at me.

"You can take my phone,laptop,freedom, and whatever elese but you will not take them away from me because, they understand me way more than you guys ever have they know when im upset or if somethings wrong unlike you guys they know how to cheer me up unlike you guys  they have always understood me unlike you guys and they have always been there for me unlike you guys!" I screamed at my parents, and started to run upstaires to my room.

"Britney-" her mom said but couldnt figure out what eles to say.

"Alyssa you should go to your room as well" Her dad said really calm.
