Jocelyn's POV

I climbed out of the window of my parents house to freedom. My feet stung as I landed on them and ran to the baby blue Chevy. Good bye sleepy little Silkwood, hello the world. So my name is Jocelyn but I'm definitely thinking about changing it. I'm seventeen I guess there's not much to being seventeen really.

I got in the back seat with my best friend Lily. She hugged me, “It's all happening, your urge to travel is totally going to be fulfilled.” she smiled at me. Lily's long blond hair was pulled up and she was wearing an AC/DC shirt that she had cut the neck out of for some reason. Her long legs were exposed from underneath as skirt. She looked dressed up compared to me. I had on a Led Zeppelin tee shirt and a pair of blue jeans and sneakers. My own hair was brown, wavy and I had dyed the ends of it a light red color. My eyes are brown and I'm short. I guess that's all there is to know about me.

Anyway tonight is the beginning of my life. My existence before all of this was pretty boring and typical. Lily had somehow gotten one of her many friends that was in a band to let us go on tour with them. How I have no clue but who wouldn't jump at this chance.

“Jocey you need to change.” Lily said. We were in the car with a few other girls some of them I knew and there was one that I didn't.

“Into what?” I asked.

Lily sighed, “Hand me your bag.”

I reluctantly handed my bag over. I was also wondering why I was going to have to change. Okay I did realize why, we were going to be around dudes, it was just my inner need to rebel. Lily pulled out one of my long brown skirts and a black tank top.

“Change.” Lily said.

I sighed and pulled my shirt off along with my pants. I untied my sneakers and I looked at her, “What shoes do I wear?”

“None the skirt is long enough it will cover your toes.” she smiled.

“Fine.” I grabbed the clothes from her and threw them on.

“Hmm.” Lily said before ripping the front of the tank top a little.

“What the Hell Lil?” I looked at her.

“Now you look perfect.” she smiled.

“Ugh whatever, so what band are we going on tour with?” I asked.

“It's a surprise.” Lily smiled.

“I hate surprises this better be a good one.”

“Oh you will be extremely happy about this one.” one of the girls said. This girl I knew her name was Maggie and she was a red head. The girl that I didn't know had really dark hair and apparently her name was Jane. The other chick that was with us, her name was April. I had gone to school with April and she was a girl that had the ideal looks. She was very pretty and tall. She was envied by many.

When we pulled up to the buses I had major amounts of butterflies. I was nervous. Then Lily dragged me over to one of the buses. The only girl that came with us was April. The other two had gone in the direction of one of the other buses. The guy that opened the door to the bus looked at Lily and smiled. The guy looked extremely familiar.

“Lovely Lily.” he smiled as he hugged her. His accent was British.

“Jimmy.” Lily smiled.

“Who's your friend here?” he asked.

“My name is Hazel.” I lied before Lily could introduce me. I had been thinking about changing my name for a while.

“Well I'm Jimmy, the rest of the guys are already on the bus.” he said and then it hit me. She had gotten us the chance to go on tour with Zeppelin. On the inside I was flipping out but on the outside I was calm. We walked up the stairs of the bus.

“So your changing your name?” Lily whispered to me.

“Yeah why not. Jocelyn is boring.” I said.
