Having stress is normal, healthy even.

But an abundance of stress,

can drive someone to their breaking point.

It's like a two-ton elephant, sitting

on your chest.

It talks too.

It tells you

"That's the best you've got?

That's weak, and a pathetic excuse for trying.

You're weak, and you can't do anything right. Why

do you even try?"

And the point, when you start

to believe it, and it starts

getting to you,

is your breaking point.
