Harvard, Patsy, and Paisley went with Lavender to her house. Once they were there, Adam said, "Did you have a good time, honey?"

"Yes, I had a blast, Daddy," Lavender yawned, rubbing her eyes.

"Well, your mother went out and bought your new blankets," Adam declared. "Why don't you get a little sleep before you go back to cleaning out your room?"

"Okay," Lavender nodded. Just as she was about to go up to her room, she saw her friends huddled together again.

"What else is there left to do?" Patsy asked. "She's off to take a nap right before she moves back to Oklahoma."

"Well, she is tired, and she has a long way to travel," Harvard declared.

"But we need to do at least one more thing with her before she leaves," Paisley protested.

Suddenly, Lavender's voice rang out, "Okay, what's going on? You guys are up to something all right."

Harvard, Patsy, and Paisley were surprised by how upset Lavender sounded, and they felt like it was time to come clean.

"Lavender, we just wanted your last day in Malibu to be special," Harvard told her.

"My last day in Malibu?" Lavender frowned.

"Yeah, we thought you had a whole week left, but we were wrong—today is your last day in Malibu," Patsy declared.

"What are you guys talking about?" Lavender asked.

"We know you're moving back to Oklahoma tonight, Lavender," Paisley revealed.

Lavender was shocked. "Moving?" she gasped.

Adam had heard the conversation and asked, "What is all this about us moving back to Oklahoma?"

Harvard and Patsy glared at Paisley, expecting her to tell Lavender the truth. Paisley felt bad about telling Lavender, but the latter deserved it.

"Lavender, we know that you're moving because I read it in your diary," Paisley admitted.

Lavender was horrified to hear that. "You read my diary?" she gasped. "But wait—I never wrote in my diary about moving back to Oklahoma. Where in my diary did you even read that?"

"Where is your diary?" Paisley asked.

"I packed it in a box—let me see if I can find it," Lavender declared.

Lavender and her friends went upstairs to her room with Adam behind them. Lavender found her box of books and pulled out her diary. Paisley turned to the last page and showed Lavender the passage—and Lavender was very exasperated.

"Paisley, this entry is incomplete," Lavender glared. "This is the last page of the diary, and I didn't have enough room to write the whole entry!"

Harvard and Patsy were very angry with Paisley for starting this misunderstanding.

"You didn't say that entry was on the last page, Paisley," Harvard growled.

"And you didn't take the time to notice it wasn't even finished," Patsy chimed in.

"I'm sorry," Paisley declared.

"Why did you even read Lavender's diary in the first place?" Adam asked.

"I guess when I saw that diary, I couldn't resist taking a peek in it," Paisley admitted.

"Not only did you invade my privacy, but you totally betrayed my trust in you," Lavender glared.

"I'm sorry, Lavender," Paisley sighed.

"But, Lavender, if you're not moving back to Oklahoma, what's all this moving thing about anyway?" Harvard asked.

"I'm moving out of my room and into a brand new one," Lavender revealed.

Harvard, Patsy, and Paisley were shocked to hear that.

"But you were packing all your stuff in boxes, and your mom said you were going to move your bed," Paisley declared.

"So we can put them in my new room, of course," Lavender snarked.

Paisley felt horrible that she started this whole misunderstanding—and all because she had to read Lavender's diary. "Gosh, I shouldn't have read your diary in the first place," she sighed.

"Well, Paisley's snooping got us into this, but if we had talked to you about this from the start, we wouldn't have been in this mess," Harvard declared.

"It's okay," Lavender shrugged.

"Lavender, if there's anything I can do to make up for this, I'd be happy to help you pack your stuff and move it to your new room," Paisley offered.

"Thanks, Paisley, but my new room needs my bed before we can put anything else in," Lavender declared. "Nonetheless, you can still help me pack my stuff."

Harvard, Patsy, and Paisley liked the sound of that, and they helped Lavender pack her stuff. Once all of Lavender's things were packed in boxes, Violet came home.

"Ready to move that bed, honey?" Violet asked.

"As I'll ever be," Lavender nodded.
