i finished getting ready for my shift. I put my hat on and walked out the door.

i met up with Will on the bridge. he was looking out to the sea. he was admiring it. he was a true sailor. he turned and looked at me.

"hello there my love"

"hi Will" I said

we both turned and looked out toward the sea.

"the sight of the sea is breath taking isn't it love?" Will asked me.

"yes dear it is" i replied back.

Mr. Lowe showed up he shook hands with Will and kissed my hand.

"how are you love birds doing tonight" he asked

"we're good Lowe" I replied.

i saw my dad come out of his room and said "Mr. Murdoch.. I wish to speak with you now please"

"aye sir" Will said as he trotted over to my father.

"let's go for a walk eh?" Lowe asked me

"sure mate" I replied.

me and Lowe were walking in silence until Lowe spoke up

"do you love Murdoch?"

"excuse me Mr. Lowe?" I never thought he would ask

"miss. Smith i just asked a simple question. do you love him?"

"ofcourse I do Lowe"

he just nodded his head.

"I better take you back before Murdoch and captain have a heart attack because your gone"

I chuckled and agreed.

Lowe brought me back to the bridge and then left.

Will walked out of my dad's room.

"what did papa say?" I asked

"don't worry about it" Will said back

I nodded my head.

half way through our shift I turned to Will and said

"Will can I tell you something?"

"ofcourse love.. what is it"

"i-i love you"

"what did you just say Alyssa"

"I love you Will.. I've never said that to my previous boyfriends but you're not like my previous boyfriends.. your perfect William McMaster Murdoch and I love you with all my heart"

Will smiled and grabbed my waist and said

"I love you too Alyssa Elizabeth Smith"

I smiled and kissed him.
