(a/n: note that noe and taylor haven't seen each other for months because of tom really. also this chapter may be boringgg)

"it's been a little long,, hasn't it noe?" i turned around and immediately gave taylor a hug. i smiled wide and sat down. he sat down in front of me.

"how have you been?" i asked as i drank from my iced tea.

"fine. i missed you." my eyes widened. jacob black from twilight missed me? wowowowowow. i'm a big twilight fan.

"i missed you too! i told my boss that i was sick sooo we have all day together." i smiled wider than i've ever smiled i think.

"that's good. let's go." he stopped talking and thought of a place.

"bowling. the one who gets the least strikes buys dinner." taylor continued.

"okay but uh beware. i'll. kick. your. ass." i said as i smirked and stood up. i looked out the window and saw tom glaring at me. i shrugged it off and walked over to pay for my drink.

i got into taylor's car before he got in because tom stopped him. he soon started walking towards me with an uneasy expression on his face.

"what's with tom?" he asked me.

"don't know and don't care."

"aren't you working for him? he told me to not try anything with you."

"just now?" i asked annoyed. i can't understand why tom is like this. i don't get him. i'm trying to get over him and taylor distracting me from him is what's best.

"hey no no cheating! you aren't a little kid you don't need the sides up!" i said to taylor.

"i suck at bowling." he smirked and let the bowling ball go. he turned around and winked as he got a strike.

"cheater." i said as i picked up a ball. i rolled it and got a strike.

"i've gotten three strikes and how many have you gotten tay?" i asked mocking him.

"one. looks like you might have to buy dinner." i said as i smirked.

"that's so not fair. you cheated." i said as taylor got one more strike than me. the game ended with taylor.

"i can't bowl. you can so if i didn't have the sides up, that'll basically be cheating."

"it's cheating if you do have the sides up!" i argued.

"doesn't matter,, i'm paying anyways." said taylor as we both got into the car. i sighed in relief.

we arrived to a mexican restaurant and the waitress sat us down in a booth. we ordered and got our food soon.

"is it good?" he asked me. i nodded with my mouth full.

"you're cute." he said while smiling and taking a bite out of his carne asada plate.

we both soon finished up.

"uh noe wait." said taylor before leaving.

i hummed in response and waited.

"so i know it's sudden,, but will you be my girlfriend?" i was stunned so i just stood there without talking and just staring at him.

i cleared my throat, "yeah sure. that was unexpected." i said nervously.

"that's what i was going for." said taylor as he got into the car. the drive back was quiet. when we got outside my apartment he got out of the car and walked me to the elevator.

"have a good night noe."

"yeah you too." and with that we waved bye.

"you two dating now?" asked tom as i entered the apartment.

"how'd you know?"

"i just know." he took his phone out and answered a call. he went into his room and came back out with news.

"noe pack your things." i was confused on why he was telling me to get my things together.

"what why?"

"my manager found me a better assistant. you're fired." i scoffed and glared at him.

"fine. i hate you and hated this place anyways." i was about to enter my room but tom got in front of me. he was standing too close.

"i'm kidding chill." i groaned but relief left me.

"but seriously pack your things." he continued.

"why."

"you'll see." he continued. he went into his room leaving me dumbfounded.

toms point of view

i went into my room after i told noe to pack her things.

the women i possibly have fallen in love with.. is now dating another male.

this trip could either make their relationship better or worse and i'm aiming to make it worse.

this wasn't a last minute plan. i've been planning this ever since i've started to realize my feelings for this harlow girl.

i packed my things and went to knock on noe's door. when she opened it, she looked like a complete mess.

"why do you look so dead?"

"i'm tired. what do you want?" she said rudely.

"have you packed your things?"

"no." she slammed the door in my face. i knocked on her door again.

"what!" she snapped.

"have you packed your things?"

"for what tom?" she yelled startling me.

"business trip. it's only for two days, so don't pack much." i closed her door. she opened it back up and followed me.

"what business trip? why so sudden? where are we going?"

"you ask a lot of questions that won't be answered. now hurry,, we leaving first thing in the morning." i slammed my door in her face.
