A ditsy, hyperactive and unpopular Zhang Yuexue is in love with her opposite, Lin Yanjun who is a smart and popular boy. Tension rises when Zhang Yuexue throw salad at Lin Yanjun and rip his pants apart.
Embarrassed and heart-broken, Zhang Yuexue goes home only to have her house being renovated as her father went overseas. As fate would have it, Zhang Yuexue end up being invited to live with Lin Yanjun and his family.
Zhang Yuexue, who is still devoted to Lin Yanjun works hard to try and impress Yanjun.
Along the way, Yuexue becomes tired of Yanjun's cold and uncaring attitude. Fan Chengcheng, who has been liking Yuexue for a long time, began chasing for her affection and ultimately, her hand for marriage.
Yanjun then realises that she is about to slip away and starts chasing her to win her back.
