The past:

Jenny has witnessed a lot of death's and the loss of love ones, through her life. she finds it hard to trust people completely when she really wants too. Sherlock and Mycroft are the only people who have Jenny's full trust.

The Early Years (Sherlock age 5, Jenny age 3):

Sherlock and Jenny first met when their mothers, wander Holmes and melody Smith arranged a play date for the young Children.At first the children didn't get along Jenny was a shy little girl who would rather read a book than play, and Sherlock just had no interest in her at all. The mothers where chatting in the kitchen when Sherlock's older brother and younger sister, Mycroft and Euros  entered the room. Mycroft tried to make small conversation with Jenny to no results , until Euros throw the book out of Jenny's had before trying to push her off the chair.Sherlock seeing this made his way over to his sister pulling her way and to their mother where Mycroft explained what happened. Sherlock returned to find Jenny on the floor picking up her book holding it to her chest.

"I'm sorry for what my sister did....is...is it a special book?" Sherlock asked

"Yes...my daddy gave it to me" Jenny whispered

" What's it about?" Sherlock asked curiously

" It's about space and the ways of time travel" Jenny said happily showing Sherlock the book

" Time travel doesn't exist" Sherlock said

" it does Locky" Jenny replied

"Locky...?"

" Yes Locky it's a nickname , that what to give to your friends"

" I'm your friend..?"

"Yep"

At that moment Jenny's mother melody  entered the room with her bag in hand

" Come on Jenny it time to go and see your father"

" Ah not yet mum I want to stay.."

"do you now.. but don't you miss your father we don't get to see him that often"

Jenny turned away with a huff sherlock made his way over to her and placed a soft kiss on her forehead, before turning to Jenny's mother.

" Promise she can come and play again next week"

Melody keeled down to Sherlock height picking up Jenny in the process

" I promise ... see you next week wander"

" See you next week Melody"

This was only the beginning for Sherlock and Jenny
