Certainly, there are no rules but definitely some necessities before ordering the graphics. Before moving on to them I want to let you know types of graphics I can make-

Hope that's clear. These necessities are really important.
1. Your book should be published if the graphics are for books.
2. Your book should have at least three chapters if the graphics are for the book. (All kind of chapters count except for author's notes i.e. casts, prologue, etc.)
3. You have to use graphics for at least one week.
4. You have to inform me if you're going to use the graphics or not.
5. You have to give the credit of the graphics to me in the description (in case of book covers), chapters (in case of banners, casts, trailers, etc.) and bio (in case of profile banner and profile picture).
6. The password is My favourite singer is _________. (Don't use the word password while writing the password.) Write it like PS- I love Ariana Grande or Just to say my favourite singer is Shawn Mendes.
7. Last but not least you have to be patient. Your graphics will be given to you within a week, if not PM me.
