The Morning After😩

Bree Pov
I woke up with a huge headache. I also woke up not alone. I look under the sheet to see that I'm naked along with Jake. No no no no no!!! We didn't?!!

"Good morning, Bree" Jake said and I let out a short scream
"Did we---" I asked although I know the answer
"Yes" he answers and I said ok.

We lay there in silence. None of us know what to say. I got up and went to put on some clothes. I looked down and pick up my clothes. I don't feel anyway about him seeing me naked because last night he saw me.

I turn around and he was staring at me with wide eyes. I blushed a little.

"Bree, would you like to go out with me again" he ask shyly "Jake... I would love to but it's not right" I replied, feeling sad. "Why" he gets up. "Your girlfriend" I said raising my eyebrows. "Marley? We're broken up. I like someone else" he shrugged

What the hell! He left his girlfriend so he could be with me. I'm upset but I feel kind of happy.

"Yes" I said, putting on my blouse. "Yes, what?" he ask confused. "I will go on a date with you" I smiled. "Ok. I'll pick you up tonight at 7" he laughs

I finished putting on my clothes and was about to leave when Jake calls me back

"Bree, don't feel anyway about last night. I didn't take advantage of you. It was you who took me upstairs and into this room. And to be completely honest, I enjoyed it" he smirked
"Shut up" I said, hitting him playfully. "I enjoyed it too" I add and he smiles

I left the room to go downstairs. I decide to check the rooms. When I got in, I saw Kitty and Tony, a football player, making out.

"Ehem" I said loud enough for them to hear
"Sorry" Kitty said, pulling away
"Aren't you guys going home?" I ask and Kitty nods 'yes'.

I said ok and left. I went to the other rooms and woke up the others.They were so angry that I woke them up so early. But the time is just 10:00am. That's just how we teenagers are.

Anyways, they all got the strength to come downstairs.

"Where is breakfast" Jordan asks "Where is breakfast" I repeat and she rolls her eyes "Bree, I'm serious" she frowns "Yeah and so am I" I said joking

I made breakfast which is egg and bread with bacon. They seem to be enjoying it. I see Jake looking at me, from the corner of my eye. I smiled to myself. 

"Soo...you two totally got it on last night" Jordan asks, looking directly at Jake and I.
Me and Jake exchange weird looks. Neither of us know what to say. I guess Jordan knows but she is just pretending.
"Well... we were both drunk... so it didn't mean anything" Jake replied, shrugging.

I felt like someone just stabbed me in my heart. Did Jake really said that it didn't mean anything? I gave myself to him. Is he embarrassed of me? My head is hurting me from all the crazy questions I'm asking myself. I became uncomfortable and I had to excuse myself from here.

"Uh.. I-I-I'm gonna go upstairs to fix my hair" I said and they nod. Jake smirks at me and my cheeks heat up.

I quickly ran upstairs and into my bathroom. I open the door then slammed it. I look at myself in the mirror and my hair doesn't want to fix. Whatever. The words Jake said earlier come up in my mind again and I frowned.

I'm such an idiot to think that Jake will ever love me. Why did I even think that? Ugh! Because you're an idiot, Bree. A tear rolled down my cheek. I quickly wiped it away.

"Bree" Jake's soft voice called from the other side of the door.
"Go away" I said while more tears come down.
"Are you crying"

I open the door and he saw that I'm crying. He gives me a questioning look and I nod 'no'. He came closer to me and I pushed him, making him stumble backwards.

"What the hell---" he started off but I stop him
"Shut the hell up, Jake! You used me! You took advantage of me last night! Why did you have sex with me? Uh? Why did you?" I yelled, crying.

Tears appeared in Jake's eyes. I instantly felt bad for him but he deserve to feel that way.

I don't know what to say so I ran downstairs and then out the door. I ran and ran until the rain started. I went to shelter in a little cafe shop. I went to sit down in a seat, in a far corner.

I just keep remembering what Jake said.

'It didn't mean anything.'
