Preface

Hi, I really hope to create a greater picture for the Paige and Baby Derek story for you guys. This is also for me too because I loved the little bit they showed of these two and I wished there was more, so I'm deciding to create my own take. I pray that it will be okay and that you enjoy, that's all I want. So please read and comment and let me know, enjoy - lillian :)

I've always wondered why certain things happened to people, especially if these things happen to me. Why did that person choose that? How did that happen? Could that happen to me? These were all questions that I pondered constantly. I was always one to watch and observe from the outside, but now I was within.

Though I kept to myself, I wasn't afraid to open my mouth and speak my mind. So, when it finally happened to me, when it was my turn to be within, I needed to know why. From the beginning I knew this would change something--from the very second--I knew. I wanted the change, but at first I was blind to my desire. It happened in the most unexpected form, and yet, as time progressed, I was pulled into a greater happening than I knew. I had seen things take place that I couldn't explain, and if I tried, no one would believe me. When the time came when I realized something was different I could've been sensible and responsible but there was no way. My body and mind wouldn't let me go and I didn't want to, I was already in too deep--deeper than I or anyone could imagine. And yet, I'm still unaware of that.
