Many thoughts go through someone's mind as they leave the place they grew up in. 'Am I letting too many memories go to waste?' 'I'm going to miss this place.'
I don't think any of those solemn thoughts have ever really entered my mind. Memories are fleeting and there's always time to make more, why should I focus on an old place with boring recollections?
Precisely, there's no point, really. I'll just make up for lost time and try and live better. See, mum decided that Busan wasn't good anymore so now we're moving to Seoul. I don't really know why there's a significant difference between the two; they're both just mass amounts of people existing in one place.

"Jungkook, are you excited for Seoul? We bought a lovely house, you'll love it. There's a big, rustic kind of kitchen. Ah, I'm so happy!" His mum squeaks from her place in the passenger seat. "I'm half and half, mum. If the kitchen is as big as you say, maybe we can cook up a storm!" Jungkook grins, his little bunny smile shining through. "Now now, it's a new house; no storms, no mess for at least 4 months." Mr. Jeon raises an eyebrow at his son through the rear view mirror jokingly, laughing almost straight away.
"Jungkook, lovey, I'm sure you'll like it here. I know Busan was a bit of a stress, but hopefully this will be a new start." Mrs. Jeon beams with that same optimism.
"Thanks ma, I hope it'll be better as well.. Do you think they'll judge me here too?" Jungkook frowns softly, fidgeting with the hem of his oversized grey woolen jumper. "If they do, we shall release hell upon them." Mr. Jeon huffs, turning a street. "You're our little baby, Kookie. You can wear what you want, look how you like, and do whatever makes you happy. Fuck everyone else." Mrs. Jeon covers her mouth apologetically after swearing, having a fear of showing a bad influence. Jungkook giggles, pushing his circular glasses up. "Mum, you can swear, no one else is here."
"Always watching.." Mr. Jeon mimicked that one character from Monsters inc. "See? You must always be careful." Mrs. Jeon taps the side of her head, smiling.
Yeah, you could say Jungkook was careful. If you count overdressing in the snow, looking like a ball of clothes, as careful.
He was sure Seoul weather would bring him the same ball-like fate, so why won't it give him the same pressure and hate as Busan?
