The Shell Razor sped off with a large tank of mutagen on its top as the Foot chased after.

The turtles fought off some of the foot.

Then Donnie took a sharp turn.

The large tank of mutagen fell over and shattered to the ground. Mutagen was covering the streets of NYC.
