Dragon Race

Part 2

"What do you think dad is making get or weapons for"said Max."I don't know but it seems important we better hurry"said Maxine.

The two rushed to get their best weapons and amour.Max got his green and black amour while Maxine got her purple and white amour.Max got his battle axe ,sword,retractable shield and 6 daggers and Maxine got her Bow and quiver with a few extra arrows in hidden places,30 throwing knives and two daggers.

They walked out and found a high calorie meal along with their moms foul health shakes."Get over here now and eat quickly before they call"said Tadi."Before who calls" said Maxine."you'll see now just eat" said Zodwa as she walked into the house.The twins obeyed and ate as fast as they could and rushed outside to find a huge crowd of people.They were about to enter when their Tadi called them."Maxwell Maxine ,you two are the greatest kids a father and a mother cold ask for,Max take care of your sister and Maxine you do the same".You two are formidable enough individually but together you are unstoppable ,face every challenge with team work never leave each others sides".The twins nodded"but  why are you speaking like we will never see each other again"Max said with Maxy starting to cry on his shoulder."because we will never see you again we are so sorry,the NEO has come to take you "said Tadi."There is nothing we can do we have no choice"Zodwa said almost breaking into tears 

Just at that moment the twins were lifted into the air and placed along with about twenty other kids.

"Let the choosing begin" a mysterious voice said as two glowing gems appeared and the children were separated into two groups.Max and Maxy were put into a group with one of their closest friends Bill and one by one they were called to touch a gem and it sparked.There was a green one and a white one .After touching an orb kids were led to different groups.Bill went and touched the white one and was led to his group.Then Max and Maxine were called up.But they were the only two that were called to go together.They went and both touched the green gem.All of a sudden the gem started to glow and spark.The glow was  greater than the light of the sun and it encompassed the whole  village of Gokku in a green light. The two were immediately moved to their group happy to be together.They were put in the same group with Bill so they knew that the gem you pick didn't determine the group you were put in . at the end of the choosing a few dragons landed beside and behind the two groups.They all roared and breathed fire in a majestic display.

The children were further divided into groups of four to be carried by  five dragons .Max,Maxine Bill and Tanaka stood there terrified,shocked,surprised and sad to be leaving home, but they were happy to be seeing dragons for the first time ever."You may have ten minutes to say your goodbyes " said the mysterious voice from before.The man wore a black and blue cloak with a hood.He was probably using magic to conceal his face the other four men were wearing the same type of clothing but with red and blue,suggesting that the one in black was the leader .
