Melissa and Jionni spent the rest of the movie French kissing and touching all over each other. The breeze from the window outside blew onto their bodies as Melissa bit Jionni's bottom lip.

"Aahhaaahhh." Jionni laughed, giving her a funny look. "You funny."

"Damn, I missed these lips!" Melissa laughed as she clutched onto Jionni's shoulders.

Jionni's face slowly went blank as he picked with her hair.

"So is you stayin'?" Jionni asked.

"In my car?"

"No, Lissa. In da' US?"

Melissa's arms flopped down as she and Jionni sat up. She watched as Jionni wrestled on his shorts as she placed on her shirt.

"No." Melissa sighed.

"Damn, Lissa. I was sure me givin' you da dick would make you stay." Jionni groaned. "Why you wanna go?"

Melissa sighed, slumping in her seat.

"I just gotta get out of the US." Melissa murmured.

"You sure you wanna go and have to stay wit' yo controllin' ass parents?" Jionni scoffed. "Is it really worth it-"

"Look it's better than staying here!" Melissa scowled.

Jionni looked at her as she ran her fingers through her hair.

"I can't......I can't stay in Baton Rouge. Especially after the poisoning. I could've DIED, Jionni." Melissa said in a shaky tone. "I can't trust anyone here. Everyone's so psychotic and crazy and......I just gotta get out of here. I'm sorry."

Jionni placed his tongue on the roof of his mouth, looking down.

"How long you stayin'?" Jionni asked. "A few years?"

Melissa remained silent, then spoke.

"For good."

Jionni quickly lifted up, giving her a shocked look.

"You mean, you ain't comin' back?"

"No. I'm leaving and I'm staying."

Jionni scratched the back of his head, wiping his face and trying his hardest not to get too emotional. He covered his mouth and stared down at the seat as Melissa scratched on her shoulder.

"I'm sorry." Melissa said. "I'll at least visit sometimes with Louis......."

"I know but dat' ain't da same as.."

Jionni paused, snapping out of it. He felt that he was being selfish by wanting Melissa to stay there and there only. If she needed to get out of the US, then he was willing to support her.

"I'm happy fo' you, Lissa."

But Melissa could tell that Jionni was everything but okay.

During the whole ride home, Jionni didn't say much of anything. He sat in the passenger seat silent. Melissa even tried to blast some Webbie, Wayne, and Snupe to get him out of his calm mood. Still, nothing was helping. As Melissa parked in the driveway, she looked at Jionni and placed her hand on the back.

"Jionni, please don't do that." Melissa groaned. "You're gonna make me sad."

"I know I'm just......bummed n' shit." Jionni sighed. "I'll be good."

Melissa leaned in as her and Jionni gave each other a small, yet passionate kiss.

"Tell you what. We'll hang out every day this week until I have to leave." Melissa smiled. "Deal?"
