If you strangle someone or punch someone in the chest, they'll have different stability
For the most strongest dreams (I.e: Tord, Matt, his versa) can take less damage to pain and be less likely to vomit after maybe a few punches to the chest, for the medium group (I.E: Edd, Mark, Jon) they can take a bit of less, but not fully. If you throw about four or five punches, then they'll start taking damage and also choke. But for the least strongest, (i.e: tom, Larry and Eduardo) they are much easier to make them pass out or puke. Since they immediately take damage.

Another thing, if you punch or kick or go anywhere near psychical towards the chest for long enough, they can cough badly, vomit or even pass out as some stages.

Everyone's blood is also different
For example: Tord, his blood is a green kind of liquid which can potentially change color,  but not all the time. Edd's is probably like the Galaxy, Tom's is a mixture of yellow and blue and purple, Matt's is a pastel sort of magenta, Eduardo's is black (cause the phantoms) but it is supposed to be a darker version of green, Mark's is purple and Jon's is like, Invisible and via versa

Meanwhile Laurel is stuck with what humans have, red. But she won't vomit up blood because she isn't technically a dream (yet) and is pretty prone to choking.
