just a little background for you guys
You and Clark Kent have been really close friends for years now you guys even live in the same apartment. You of course know about him being superman since you guys are soo close.

(A/N some of this may not be accurate for all of you superman stans but let's just remember this is fiction so not everything is correct also remember what i said before about the grammar and everything)

YOUR POV

"Rise and shine Superboy!" I said loudly at sleeping Clark as I was opening the curtains letting the sun light in.

"NOOOO!! LEAVE ME ALOONEE!" Clark groaned not wanting to leave his comfy bed.

"Come on, you have to go to work. You're always late!" I told him as i left the room.

I sat down at the kitchen counter eating some breakfast before I had to go to work. Then my sleepy son, Clark, walked in still in his pjs.

"Good morning sun shine" I smiled evilly at Clark knowing that he's really annoyed at me.

"Ughhh, Good morning satan!" He gave me a tired and "I hate you" smile. "Why didn't you make me some coffee??"

"Oh well I didn't feel like it, but I did make you some breakfast! At least be grateful for that!"

"No i need coffee not breakfast!"

"Fine then! More for me" I smiled at him taking his food away.

"Nooo! Gimme my food back!"

"You said you didn't want, nae, 'need' any breakfast so i'll just take it for myself"

"No i want it. I'm sorry YN, thank you for your kindness" He said giving me those damn puppy dog eyes.

"Ughhh you know i cant say no to those cute little puppy eyes!" I said walking back to him, "here take your food son," i gave him his plate.

"Thank you mom!!" He said with a childish smile.

"Now finish your food and go get ready for work or I'll drag you there in your pjs!"

"Ookkk mom!!"

"Good boy!"

We continued to eat our breakfast talking about random stuff until he had to go get ready for work and I had to leave.

"Clark! I'm leaving for work! I'll hopefully be back in time for our movie marathon today!" I yelled to his room leaving the apartment.

"Okkk! Don't be late!" He yelled back from his room. And so I left for work while Clark was getting ready and then left.

I had to stop and get some coffee for me and Y/F/N, who works at the same place as me, before I went to work.

"Welcome! What would you like?" The employee behind the cashier asked me as I walked into the coffee shop.

"Yes, hey! I'll have the usual please" I said walking in, texting my friend cause i was late, not paying attention to who I was talking to.

"Uhhh sorry I'm new here." I looked up and saw a cute brunette middle aged man smiling embarrassingly at me.

"Oh sorry! I just come here every morning and just order the same thing" I said also smiling embarrassingly. "I'll have the [You and your friend's coffee order], thank you." I said handing him the money knowing how much it costs.

"Yeah sure will be right up!" He said taking the money and tapping on that screen. "Getting some coffee for your boyfriend in the morning?" He said trying to start some conversation or something. I don't know, but i certainly didn't not want to chat with him.

"Oh, no, I'm a single pringle. These are for my friend and co-worker. I'm just getting them before I head to a long day of work."

"Oh, well then wouldn't be a problem if I asked you out?" He said smiling nervously.

"Not at all. I'd love to go out, if that's what you're asking." I said giggling.

"Yeah it's what i'm asking," he laughed. "When are you free?"

"Ok good! I'm not really sure but here's my number I'll text you when I can." I said writing my number down on a napkin and handing it to him.

"Great! Oh and here's your coffee," he said handing me my coffee order, "have a great day!"

"Thank you, you too!" I walked out of the coffee shop smiling because a cute boy just asked me out!
