After Y/F/N and I finished our meeting, kinda proud and hoping we did well, I went back to my desk and saw some text notifications on my phone.

Hey! This is Jake from the coffee shop! I didn't really get your name that day but hopefully this is the same girl i asked out the other day :)
I opened the message and immediately replied.
ME:
Oh hey Jake! This is the same girl ☺️ My name is Y/N btw
JAKE:
Y/N! what a beautiful name!
ME:

JAKE:
Um.. so when can you take you out?
ME:
Pretty sure I have nothing to do Saturday
JAKE:
Great! Saturday's perfect! I'll pick you up at 8pm?

I looked up from my phone and saw Y/F/N looking at me all with a big grin on her face.
"Jake, the cute boy i told you about that i asked me out in the coffee shop."

"Just planned a date on Saturday!" I said with a smile on my face.
