Adrien's P.O.V
After what happen yesterday about the 'future kids' situation I really needed some answers. Am also working about the attack at school. I have a feeling they were coming after Katelyn, but I'm not fully sure of it. I got a clearly view on one of those shooters and took a scan in them. One of them are named, Jack Henderson. He went to jail many times. Part of a gang called 'The Shadows'. I'm going to have to go to the police station later on to find out more of this guy. Also Katelyn said she wanted to visit her Father at the hospital. So we need to have a flight blocked for New York.
I need to check on Katelyn now. I looked around the house to see if she was around doing something and I find her in the kitchen. I chuckle at her habit of being hungry all the time. I guess I scared her because she jumped a little. She was trying to get something from the cabinets.
"Sorry if I scared you." I said to her. She turned around and saw me. "It's alright." she answered back. She went back into trying to to get whatever it is she's trying to get. "Need any help?" I asked her, while she's struggling.
"I really do." She answered back with a sheepishly smile. I walk over and she moved out of the way and I went and got what she wanted. It was Cheez It.
"Here you go." I said handing the box to her. She mouthed a 'thank you'. "Any plans today?" I asked her as she eat and I closed the cabinet. I turned around to see her mouth stuffed with Cheez it. This girl, I never knew behind that cold face of hers she did everyday, was a eating machine.
"Yea I need to go to the grocery store today and get some groceries." She said after she swallowed the food in her mouth.
"Alright when are we leaving?" I asked walking towards her. "As soon as I get dressed. Also have you seen Jacey today?"
Now that she mentions it I haven't at all, hopefully he's not still worried about their Fathers incident. "No, I haven't." I replied. "Oh." It's all she said before going out of the kitchen.
Katleyn P.O.V
I went upstairs and got ready. It was cold outside so I decided to wear something warm.

There feels warm enough. I go downstairs and saw Adrien already waiting.

"Ready?" He asked. I just nodded in response and we headed out the door.

We finally made it to the grocery store. I went to get a cart to put the things in cause, I'm not about to carry everything. We walked in and got all the things that I needed. A little while later when we were at the cash register, Adrien got a phone call. He answered it.
"Yes." "okay." "In about 20 minutes." That's all he said before hanging up. Wonder what's that all about. He didn't say anything so I guess it wasn't that all important. We got all the bags and headed back home.
We put the things where they belong. "We need to head to the police's department." He just said out of nowhere. I looked at him confused. "Why?"
"It's the case of the school shooting. I think they were coming after you." He told me and I just had a blank face.
"I know about that. Why else would they want to attack the school. Also I recognize the mask they were wearing while the police were putting them in the cars." I said as I petted Charles who's was trying to get attention. (🎶 u just want attention 🎶 ok I'll STOB IT. Ok I'll actually stop it, sorry lol)
"Of course you did. Anyway we better get going. We can't be late because the later we go, the darker it gets outside, and the darker it gets outside, it gets more dangerous." He said but before we left I wrote down a note for Jacey letting him know where we are. Then we left. As we were walking to the police station which is about four blocks away, I noticed a man.
That's the same guy from the grocery store. We countinued walking, I looked at Adrien and he looks like he knows already what's going on. I looked ahead and saw the place station just right across this road. When we were waiting for the light to go green signaling us that we could crops, Adrien took his phone out.
I'm not a type of person to be nosy so I didn't think much about it. Once we crossed the street the guy behind us crossed as well. The. Two officers came out and took the guy down. They put hand cuffs on him and took him inside. "What's happening?" I asked Adrien a slight bit confused on how the officers knew to arrest that guy.
"When we were waiting for the green light I contacted the police and told them about the suspicion of the guy, now come on let's get inside." So that's what he was doing. I'm already happy that I'm going to find out answers about what happen at school and I feel like that guy has to do something with all this.
Man finally I updated this story yea I'm srry for my absence. I've been really busy with life. But here is a new chapter for this book. I'll cya next time!
