Words can never explain the pain of your passing
Yet I can't cry for, it isn't my place
I wonder just what plan involved you leaving
and who is supposed to fill that space
The world continues to turn
and hours slowly inch by
I never saw this coming
I never once said goodbye
I should have taken the chance to see you
on that burning summer day
Maybe it wouldn't make me feel guilty
knowing you have passed away
But now that your gone
Time still goes by
For now I will mourn
But for you, I won't cry.
