Professor Kukui - It's pretty obvious as to what Fukuseon is. Another go at playing god after failing to contain and control Mewtwo-Y. She is a DNA-fusion of all eight of the currently known Eeveelutions and Eevee itself. You'd think a Ninetales was part of the fusion, but surprisingly it wasn't. Fukuseon's head, leg, paw, body shapes are of a Ninetails/Eevee Hybrid, and a tail of Ninetails/Eevee Hybrid. The other eight of Fukuseon's tails are those of a Vaporeon, a Jolteon, a Flareon, a Leafeon, an Espeon, an Umbreon, and a Sylveon. Alongside the Legendary Bird catastrophe that took place in Kanto ages ago, there was also an illegal experimentation on an Eevee(said Eevee is now Fukuseon) prior to the event.
It was pretty stressful for Fukuseon and those experimenting on her, I would imagine. A Pokémon Trainer, named Kiara Keilona(Kiara has been Fukuseon's Trainer for 2 years) and her Turtonator(Vulcan), Kommo-o(Ryuu), Nathanael(Toxic) took the initiative to obliterate Team Plasma's HQ. The reason why Fukuseon chose Kiara Keilona to be her Trainer is because Kiara nearly died taking the Acid Downpour Z-move that was meant for her(the Z-move was for Fukuseon, not for Kiara) .The amateurs of Team Plasma have a long way to go before they can effectively do experiments like this without too many downsides. The experiment Team Plasma did on Fukuseon was a clean, immediate process compared to the rough experimentation from the aforementioned Kanto incident. Is it just me or is 99% of the information on Fukuseon practically a novel of her life?

A new Fukuseon's Ability, Elemental Guard, makes resistant to Normal, Water, Electric, Fire, Grass, Psychic, Dark, and Fairy-type moves while Fukuseon's signature move, Color Stream, doubles the damage taken by Pokémon with the previous 9 Pokémon-types, give Fukuseon is the one Pokémon that is second to the, Legendary Pokémon, Arceus. Guess why~? Don't trainers will have dozens of difficulties trying find a way on not getting theirs and their Pokémon's ground into the dirt. Literally! It is a VERY BAD IDEA to underestimate it because of its beauty~!
