17) The World Is Ours If You Want It, We Could Make It If You Just Take My Hands

It'd been while since Joe & I hanged out so i think it'll be cool if I ask his brother or his sister-in-law Danielle for advice. Matter-of-fact, I could ask Selena for help.

I drive to Selena's house to seek for advice.

*At Selena's*

"Hey, Demi." She says, giving me a hug before letting me in.

"Selena! Look, Uh, I need advice." I replied.

"Yea, Sure. On what?"

"Joe." I replied.

"Okay, What about him?" She said.

"On sunday, I called his phone but he didn't answer, so i decide to leave him a message." I explained.

"So, On monday, He went to my office apologizing and he said he'd make it up for me both after work and tuesday which he did." I added, sniling.

"And?..." She says, wanting to hear more.

"And now, I can't help but think 'Now here we are, So close, yet so far' Honestly, I feel like he won't ever tell me what's on his mind." I admit.

"Don't worry, Demi. He's gonna come around, I promise you." She insisted.

"You're right, Selena, thanks." I agreed.

"Your welcome." She said.

"So, How are you and Drew?" I asked.

"Uh, We decided to split up." She told me.

"Aww, Why?"

"Bad timing, I guess. Things were really great at the beginning of our relationship. I mean, we were inseparable since we made it official in 2012." She explains.

"Although we were inseparable over for 3 years, we had trouble in our relationship. Like, we moved in with each other too early plus with us being apart so much it got complicated. During our reconciliation in 2013 which was really great like we were really in love, But thing is the multiple rumors about him flirting and hanging around with the models made things worse especially the fact I kept letting myself believed it." She explained.

"Omg, I'm sorry to hear that."

"Yea, we began to argue about it and it really broke both of our hearts seeing the other get emotional about the situation and discuss the beginning of our relationship. So, we decided to take break up since it didn't last." She continued.

"Wow, You really miss him, don't you?"

"Of course, I miss him. I miss staring at his beautiful eyes, laughing at his jokes, hearing him sing, his romantic gestures, holding his hands, his kisses, his hugs, his voice. But most importantly, being around his presence." She admits.

"Awwwww, I'm sure he feels the exact same way." I told her.

"Selena, I think the best advice to just think bout only the happier moments you guys have had together." I advised as she nods, agreeing then gave me hug and went home.

I'm sure things will be okay for Drew & Selena, And maybe Selena's right bout Joe will tell me what's wrong. I mean, I really do wanna give his heart a break. Even if we are, So close. But yet so far.
