A STEP FURTHER

Episode 8

I shut my eyes when I kissed him, yet I instantly saw a white flash, and I heard a picture snap. Our lips detached, but for a second, we were still stuck in the moment. We gazed into each others eyes, but this time, it wasn't as awkward😂.
My head snapped over towards the window. My breathing increased. "Did you hear that?"
"Hear what?" Jack asked.
"I think someones watching me." I gave him my phone so that he could see the texts.
"Oh my god, we have to do something about this. Cops? Or at least fucking adults. He grabbed my had and gently pulled me off the couch.We walked to the front door and opened it.
As we walked out I heard a slight crunch underneath my foot. I moved it and a Polaroid picture appeared. I picked it up, it was a picture of Jack and I kissing. On the bottom had the words "keep your mouth shut YOU SLUT."
Tears began to pour from my eyes as my hands quivered so hard I could barely hold the creepy ass picture. Jack turned around and grabbed the picture "what is th-" he read it.
"Whoever this is will know if we go to the police. Can we please just act like this n-never happened." I said as I wiped my cold tears from face.
"Yeah of course." He put his arm around me and took me inside. He shut the door and locked it, along with all windows. "Do you want to come upstairs with me?" He rubbed his hands together, slowly, "To my b-bedroom."
"Yeah, sure."
