Sticks and Stones a Fairy Tail Story

Lucy's P.O.V.~

It's been around three months since Lisanna came back from Edolas, every one is still partying. Natsu kicked me off the team because they thought I was weak and I really wish everyone ignored me. It'd be better then what does happen. I'm constantly called things like weak, puny, or even a nuisance!

"Sticks and Stones may break my bones... but words will never hurt me...let's test the theory of which hurts more..." I mumbled with tears in my eyes as I stood at the edge of a cliff overlooking sharp jagged rocks and fallen branches.

Taking a final breath I closed my eyes and jumped. The pain from hitting the ground never came, only the feeling from the crushing grip holding my wrist.

"The hell you doing Blondie?!" A figure grunted pulling me up with the help of someone else. Am I that heavy??

Once on top of the cliff again I looked up to find Sting and Rogue looking at me concerned and out of breath as I sat on the ground.

"Sticks and Stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. ..." I kept repeating over and over again while holding my knees.

Finally, Sting got up and started walking somewhere with Rogue looking at him.

"Sting-kun where are you going?" Lector called out to him following.

"I'm going to have a little talk with Fairy Tail. Come on Lucy. " His hair hid his eyes and my only thought was: He's totally serious if he used my real name.

Normal P. O.V.~

Sting, Rogue, Lucy, and the exceeds walked up to Fairy Tail, Lucy hidden behind Rogue, and Sting kicked open the doors.

"What are Sabers and that weakling doing here?" Natsu growled from the bar where he had his arm around Lisanna.

"What was that whole motivational speech you always gave about Nakama Natsu? Lucy here doesn't seem like she's an example of that!" Sting roared while everyone looked slightly surprised. Rogue tried to hold him down but struggled to hide the fact he was mad too.

"She tried to jump off a cliff and would be dead if not for us." To my surprise, it was Rogue who spoke this time.

"She tried to jump off a cliff?" Lisanna sounded concerned then her lips turned into a smirk, "Why'd you stop her?"

"What did she do to you guys?!" Sting was totally pissed off now.

"She hurt our dear Lisanna." Mira sobbed slightly with trembling fists under the bar.

"I don't see any marks on her." Frosch spoke up a little afraid of the atmosphere from behind Lucy's leg.

"Wendy healed her." Natsu replied like it was obvious to which everyone nodded in agreement.

"Umm.... Wendy wasn't here when that happened. She's still on her 4-month mission with Erza..." Romeo looked everywhere but at his guild members who looked startled.

That must have caused the guild to actually think about it because there was a long eerie silence before Lucy shouted "I can't take this anymore!" and ran out the guild before anyone could react.

The guild followed her to the cliff in an attempt to stop the poor girl but she jumped before even Sting could save her a second time.

"She finally did it! Oh well, come on Natsu let's go back." Lisanna cheered and grabbed Natsu's arm only to be burned by his flames as he looked down with tearful eyes.

"YOU'RE NO MEMBER OF FAIRY TAIL!!" Several members yelled at her.

Sting and Rogue just stood and looked at where Lucy had fallen only to see the rocks and branches, but no body.
