erika pov:
as i was walking towards my moms car pam calls me
pam: ERIKA!!!
i turn around
erika: what's up?
pam: i was wondering if you would like to help the boys and i set up? for tonight
erika: yeah of course i would love to help!
i turn towards dani
erika: dani can your grab my favorite bathing suit it's in the bathroom hanging up?
dani: you got it rik!
erika: thanks dani!
i walk back to where pam is and we head to her house
jake: erika can you come up stairs for a sec?
erika: yeah!
logan: oooo jerika
pam:*slaps logan* cut it out
i follow jake up the stairs, into his room
erika: everything okay lover boy?
he sits on his bed looking at me as i'm standing in the door frame. i shut the door and walk over to him
erika: hey what's wrong?
jake: nothing actually
erika: you sure? you look like you got something on your mind
jake: well actually i do have something on my mind
erika: that is?
jake: tonight at sun down meet me up here okay?
erika: okay? as long as there's no clowns than i'm down but so help me god if i see one
jake: chill chill there will be no clowns i promise princess
he kissed me on the forehead
pam: ERIKA!! I NEED YOUR HELP
jake: well i see my mom likes you more than her own son
erika: well i am a pretty likable person*winks*
jake: i'll say
we walked down stairs
pam: oh erika can you hang up these lights out side?
erika: sure thing!
pam: jake, can up grab the tables from the garage and set them up out side?
jake: on it!
once we finished setting up all the food was ready which was just fruits and veggies with some other appetizers, along with the pizza pam ordered.
dani: rik i brought it!

she ran off to the pool
i was talking to the crew until
pam: hey erika can you come here for a minute?
erika: i'll be back guys!
jake: don't forget *whispers*
i nodded
erika: i'm coming pam! what's up?
pam: okay so i need your help with picking out what i should get the boys as a going away gift, any ideas?
erika: actually i do! both of them have been talking a lot about vlog cameras ever since jake knew he was going to LA not to mention. jake kept on bringing it up in convos
pam: only one problem, i don't have that kind of money too buy two of each of the things they need
erika: i can help because i've actually have been saving up to buy jake the vlog camera and tripod so we can combine and go from there!
pam: that's a great idea! we can do this tomorrow sound good?
erika: sure does!
pam: okay you better get back to jake, he's looking at me like give her back
i smile
erika: he a good kid pam

we both laugh than i walk back over to jake
erika: *whispers* miss me lover boy?
jake: definitely princess *whispers*
chance: oooo jerika!!
jake: i um gotta go check on something i'll be right back!
anthony: don't go romeo!! *reaching out his hand for jake*
jake: oh shut up toner!*laughs*
i look to see that the sun is setting and jake told me to go to his room and i did
erika: if y'all would excuse me i left my phone upstairs i'll be back
crew: k
i walked up the stairs to jakes room to see a note with a candle lit behind it which read
'follow the candles that light the way

why is he so cute!! i followed the candles that lead to his window i climbed out and to the top of the room to see a little picnic set up but the only thing it didn't have was food. it had fake candles around the blankets and jake was sitting there watching the sunset. he looks at me and pats a spot next to him and i sit down, he looks at me.
jake: hopefully this princess doesn't have to leave at 12
i giggled a little
jake: the reason why i brought you up here, well it's because ever since we so kindly exchanged words on the first day of school, you were literally all i could think about. then as we got closer and closer i began to fall for you....and i fell hard. even though people may take me to be the bad boy, you don't see me that way. you see me differently because you see the real me. when your around i can be myself and i like that. i like that you like me for who i am and promise that i will never hurt you ever, always and forever. erika costell will you be my girlfriend?
i was speech less
erika: yes!! yes a million times yes!
he smiled and pulled out a box
jake: chill its not what you think it's just a promise ring
i looked at the ring than at him. why is he so fucking cute?
jake: i promise that i will always be there for you whether you like it or not i'll be there and i promise that i'll protect always and forever!
i took the ring
jake: flip it over!
i did as he said

he took it and slid it up my middle finger
jake: perfect fit!
erika: yeah!
i looked into his eyes he leaned in as did i and our lips locked. once they did i immediately felt a spark a good spark. after about a good 5mins of a make out sess we pulled apart, i leaned my head on his shoulder he placed his arm around me and we watched at the stars were starting to become visible.
jake: i could say here forever with you
erika: same here lover boy
i snuggle closer to his chest when we hear
chance: yo where's jerika?
that when i help jake grab the stuff bring it back into his room and we get changed into our bathing suits. i walked out of the bathroom and bumped into anthony
anthony: there you are!
erika: sorry i was changing and i couldn't find my phone for like the longest time
anthony: where's jake?
jake: right here what's up
anthony: jake you got a little lipstick on your face
anthony look at me than jake
anthony: wait? did my boy finally do it?
jake looked at me i nodded
jake: yeah he did!
anthony: THATS MY BOIII!! so when you telling everyone else?
jerkia: tonight!
anthony: dope! well let hit the pool
