Chapter 3: First Day part 2

Lynn's POV

Hi my name is Lynn Rosewood, I'm a sophomore and in the art and writing department. I was once in a daycare along with Riley Lockheart, and before you all ask, no I don't like him like that. I actually like someone else, he's in my grade though. I haven't seen him in a while and wanted to say hi to him. We haven't seen each other since elementary school. Don't forget he's two years older than me.

"Yeah Alice here finally caved. She actually caved back in elementary school when I was 2nd grade" I said nudging her arm. And then I looked at the girl with red hair standing next to Riley, staying silent as possible so we wont notice to her. Riley saw me look and her and said "oh this is Scarlet, she moved here from Massachusetts, she attended the Sacred Heart academy in Boston there".

"Hi Scarlet, I'm Lynn, and this is Alice, I hope we can become friends" I said smiling at her. "Hi, I'm not good at this kind of thing, ya know friends, I didn't have any really back home" she said smiling at us, it looked like she really wanted to be friends. "That's fine. We are friends now, its easy" I said and took her hand and pulled her over to the other girls.

"Hey everyone this is Scarlet. She moved here from Massachusetts, let's all welcome her" I said to all the others and they all greeted her except for a group of girls who just ignored it.

Alice's POV

So my friend friend Lynn already introduced me. I'm Alice if you haven't already heard. Lynn dragged me here I don't want to be here. Then she decides to drag the new girl over. Sometimes I dont know what she's thinking. But she's my best friend I can't help but to be with her. Jones

As she introduced the new girl to everyone the five b****ches who think they rule the school because they have rich daddys, kept on glaring at Scarlet. Like she could ruin them. They are basically the mean girls of the school. The head of the group is in the music department, she just keeps on glaring at Scarlet, she also has a huge thing for Riley.

"Scarlet, you wanna dance" one of the girls said to her. "We heard your in the dance department, well we heard you are in two dance classes" another said. "We are also in the dance department, and since its gym class we can work on a routine for the group project that's coming up" a third one says.

I guess she's in the dance department. "I'm not completely in the dance department, I'm more in the music department" she said. Oh so that's why Ally, the head of the five was glaring at her. She must be better than her.

As the rest of the last period went by the other girls just kept on bothering Scarlet to come with them and hang out for the class. But she stuck by us for some reason, like she was scared. Well she did say that she wasn't good with making friends.

"So what are you guys in" she asked us. "I'm Art and this one over here is writing and art" I said pointing to Lynn. "Cool, what are your grades like usually" she said back to us. "All A's fir both" Lynn said smiling.

I looked at her and she looked like she did not want to tell us hers but she told us anyways. "What! Your grades are normally much higher than 100%. What are you some kind of prodigy or genius?" I said in awe. Then she said "uhhh I guess you could say that, please dont tease me for it". "Tease you, why would we tease you, your our new friend" Lynn and I said in unison. Then the final bell rang and school was over and we all changed and walked out if school.

Scarlet walked in the opposite direction of us and we decided to follow her. "Where you going Scarlet aren't you gonna take the bus?" Lynn said. "No I'm walking home" she said as smiled and continued walking. We shrugged our shoulders and got into our bus. Well the first day of school was done.............
