Chapter Five

The dusks light of the sun fills the kingdom with a warm , happy filling with the cool but warm air flows through the town. Everything  was going as planned and wonderful... well almost that is until someone had to come over. A tall skinny girl around her 20's with long wavy fiery red hair (sorry if you do I mean no offence what so ever !) sun kissed tan skin ,  crystal clear blue eyes , wearing a white t-shirt that has two gray feathers crossed making an X with the words 'Be Brave' on it , blue skinny jeans , and black converses. " Hey its the stupid guard again how are you , oh wait I don't care " Maya smiled putting her hands in her pockets. (if that's your name then you can change jerk Maya's name) " Is that right ? And what egg-xactly have you accomplished with your life that makes you Einstein " I smiled back at her reaction. " Whatever " Maya rolled her eyes as I just smirked. " Keep rolling your eyes maybe you'll find your brain back there " I walked off to my post high fiving Maddie on the way taking hers. I took a seat on the cherry blossoms tree's roots and watched as the stars start to fade in and the now burnt amber sky turns into the pitch black sky the moon (And sometimes on a homemade quesadilla Otherwise it smells like feet to me And I, I really like it when the moon looks like a toenail And I love you when you say my name If you wanna know Here it goes Gonna tell you this The part of me that shows if you're close- if you know this then you get a cupcake ) rises above the virsion resting in the night sky. illumating the dark land covered by the darkness of the light. 'Snap'  the sounds echo's in the peaceful silence of the night (Sounds of silence ~) " Night if that's you just step out already there's no one here " I turned my head to the direction. '...' nothing but leaves crunching answers followed by the faint glow of red. I felt my eye glow (M.E/C= Magic eye color) as I took off into the dark woods running towards the glow and crunching leaves jumping over the logs and rivers sliding over catching a child around the age of 10 looking up at me with her oak brown eyes her messy dark brown hair covering parts of her face , falling over her dirty peach skin and long sleeved shirt I raised my arm catching the whip (like Alladin did) " Run forward there's a town on the first building down the hill to the left is someone who can help you , now go " I let her go as she  ran yanking the whip back into my hand throwing it to the side.

I walked back to my station catching my breathe for a second ' Who was that girl ? Why was she even in that forest in the first place ' as those questions echoed into my mind I heard another twig snap as I flinched with my (Magic weapon) in hand. " Woah , woah , woah its just me " Nightmare waved his hands in surrender. I felt a sigh of relief washed over me as the weapon faded into nothing " What got you up in a bunch ?" Night asked. " There was just a guy trying to kill a little kid and well ya " I explained as we looked up at the stars.
