Health tip: RUN! Go running!! Go outside and take a run, jog or even a speed walk! It has so many benefits for our body and can reduce so many difficulties that we have in our life. Some include the following:

It can make you happier because the feel-good hormones comes from endocannabinoids so just 30 minutes of walking can instantly lift your mood. This can help treat depression, especially if you also practice meditation.

It can boost your brain by keeping it sharp and improving its memory. Running activates and enhances neuron reserves in the brain, which are important to the brain's capacity to learn.

It can help your heart and blood pressure by keeping it strong and in a healthy shape. Runners also have a less risks of heart diseases and cancer.

It's not necessary to run everyday and all day but at least one run a week equivalent to about six miles will do the job.
