Back story: Lili Kae lived with her two moms, Sadie and Fran. When she was about 6, Sadie died in a car crash that left Fran with four kids, Lili, Baku, Bakugou, and Keith. Four years later when Keith died, she went into depression. Fran had a hard time dealing with Lili, and eventually sent her to a mental hospital when her sister found her trying to kill herself. While she was there, she was diagnosed with major depression, minor social anxiety, and antisocial personality disorder. When she turned 13, they released her, saying that she was cured.
