The next day I put on a baggie black top with a flannel jacket over it, I straightened my hair making into the 'emo' hair style, I put on my shoes and walked down to my school, I went into the office
"Good morning how can I help you" the nice office lady Ms Brine said
"Umm I-I think I-I might b-be trans" I said really nervously.
"Oh, okay here go talk to the principal to go get your info changed" she said to me smiling, I did what I was told to and went to the principal's office
"H-hi Mr N-Nash" I said to him being nervously
"Yes Danielle" he said, I cringed at that name now.
"I-I think I'm trans I-I wanna ch-chang my info here" I said trying my best to sound confident.
"Well yes of course, take a seat" he said gesturing to the chair beside him, I sat beside him and he went into my school profile thing and clicked edit
"Pronouns?" He asked me so he wouldn't get it wrong, I thought for I bit
"He/him or they/them" I said after thinking about my answer, speaking clearly, for once, he typed what I said and then clicked my name
"Name?" He said so that he knew what to call me
"D-Daniel" I said, it sounded good saying that name, like as if it belonged, he typed my new name and clicked save.
"Well there you go Daniel you are now you" he said smileing at me .
"Th-thanks" I said getting up to leave.
"No problem, come back any time" he said as I left, I came out of the office and went to my class, I sat down at the back of the class and chilled out for a bit she took the attendence and then called me up to the front to talk to her privately.
"So I noticed you changed your name" she said to me.
"Y-yeah" I said nevously
"I can't believe you think your a different gender, your to young to think that" she said to me very sternly.
"B-but that's how I feel" I said
"I don't care you are you and you can't change that. You. Are. A. Girl" she agressively stated to me.
"But I'm not I feel like a guy, I should be a guy, and if you don't like that, I-I don't know what to tell you." I said to her getting angery.
"Office now" she said to me pointing in the direction of the office to me
"Fine" I said walking to the office. When I got there the office lady odimativly told me to go to the principal, I did as told and walked in and sat down.
"Don't worry your not in trouble" he said to me
"I-I'm not" I said surprised
"Of course not, don't worry that theacher is going to be fired, and we'll make sure you don't get discriminated against again" he said to me nicely
"Thanks" I said smileing
"Your welcome Daniel you may go now" he said to me softly.
"O-okay" I said and then I left and went back to class.

School ended and I went home, and to be honest I was kinda scared to, the school was going to tell my mom that I was trans, and I didn't know how she was going to react.
I walked into my flat, and my mom was super supportive, she even put me on hormone pills. I can't believe how supportive she was.
