Chapter 8

Lilian walked up the front steps of Malfoy Mansion furiously. Not only was she mad at Amy but disappointed that she had not consulted her before meeting Zelina. As she climbed up the last step she heard a voice behind her.

"Lilian? I was not expecting to see you so soon. Is something wrong back at Grimmauld place?" Draco greeted from behind her.

"Everything is fine back at Grimmauld place. I've just decided to not stay there anymore." Lilian replied.

Draco looked at Lilian confused.

"Well then, here let me get the door for you. We can talk in my office." Draco offered.

Draco opened the door and lead Lilian to his office to talk. Lilian watched as Draco walked behind his desk and took a seat. He then gestured towards a seat opposite him. Lilian sat in the seat with anger flickering in her eyes from what happened between her and Amy.

"So, tell me what happened." Draco exclaimed.

Lilian calmed herself down before saying anything.

"Amy found out she has a sister." Lilian replied.

"Shouldn't you be happy for her?" Draco asked.

"Yes, but not now that I know who she is." Lilian explained.

"And she is?" Draco questioned.

"Zelina Snape, the death eater werewolf who killed me." Lilian revealed.

"You said 'Snape'. Does that mean Severus Snape is Amy's father?' Draco asked.

"Yes, as well as Harry's apparently." Lilian replied.

As Lilian finished talking the doors swung open and Andrew came running in.

"Draco, we need you at the ministry. Harry is setting up a search party and he wants us both in it." Andrew exclaimed out of breath.

Lilian sat there confused staring at Andrew.

"Who's gone missing? What happened?" Lilian asked.

Andrew turned to Lilian with a look of concern and worry in his eyes.

"My brother, Aaron. The Aaron that we rescued was really Albus Potter using a polyjuice potion." Andrew explained.

"Poor girl. Lilian you may want to go back to Amy. She's got to be heartbroken that Albus was pretending to be Aaron." Draco suggested.

Lilian was still in shock at what Andrew had said. She then nodded and apparated back to Grimmauld Place. As she walked up the stone steps leading up to the door she thought about what to say. Lilian knocked on the door quietly and someone immediately opened the door. Lilian looked up to see she was face to face with Scorpius.

"Lilian!" Scorpius greeted immediately throwing his arms around her "Don't do that ever again! You had me worried sick. Are you okay?"

"I'm fine Scorpi. You don't need to worry about me." Lilian replied.

Scorpius let go of her and let her inside. Lilian walked inside to see several people gathered in the dining hall discussing something important. Scorpius led her up to where Amy was staying.

"She's been up here ever since she found out whereabouts Aaron might be. She hasn't said a word to anyone since she got back. Maybe you can talk to her?" Scorpius explained.

"I can try to talk to her. Don't know if she'll talk to me though." Lilian replied.

Lilian watched as Scorpius walked downstairs leaving her at Amy's door. She knocked and opened the door and walked through closing the door behind her.

"Hey Amy, I heard what happened. Are you okay?" Lilian greeted.

Amy was sitting at the window in her room with her head buried in her knees. Lilian watched as her head slowly lifted up and turned in her direction. Sooner than expected, Lilian was tightly bound in a hug by Amy.

"I want to go look for him but, Harry won't let me." Amy explained.

"I know you do Amy, but think about it this way. What if your....sister....wants you to come after him? What if she's using him as bait for you?" Lilian replied.

"I-I never thought about it that way. You're right it wouldn't do much good to get me captured as well." Amy replied.

Lilian held Amy in a hug for a while.

"Don't worry, the rescue team will find him. If it will make you feel better I'm going along with them. Whether they like it or not. I don't like it when someone makes my sister unhappy." Lilian offered.

"Okay, just don't get hurt okay? I've lost you once to Zelina I don't want to lose her again." Amy replied.

"I won't, I promise. Now I better get going now if I want to help with the search." Lilian promised.

"See you later Lilian." Amy replied.

Lilian let go of Amy and walked out of the room. She then looked around the house until she found Harry.

"I'm helping with the search. I don't care if it's too dangerous. Amy's sister has hurt me and Amy one too many times. It's time I strike back." Lilian exclaimed.

Harry looked at her with wariness in his eyes. After a few moments he gave in to her request.

"Fine, we're meeting in an hour at the Auror office. If you're going to help with the search we've better get going. I'm going to go have a word with my sister for a minute before I go. If I can get her to talk that is." Harry replied.

"You may be in luck. I got her to talk to me when I was up there a moment ago." Lilian explained.

Harry nodded and walked upstairs to Amy's bedroom.
