[2] The Song..

Rachel's POV

It's almost 9:00 PM here in San Diego, which means IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR THE SINGLE TO BE RELEASED

We all decided to have a sleepover as well, kind of like a little listening party.

IT'S 9:00

"Come on! I wanna listen to there new song! But dumbnut Evee here said that she wanted us to listen to it together," I complained.

If you haven't noticed I'm a very impatient person, although not as much as Lauryl, I swear that girl ADHD....

"Hello? Earth to Rachel!" Evee said as she waved her hand in front of my face.

"Hmmm? Right sorry as I was saying COME ON PEOPLE LET'S LISTEN TO HOOKED," I shouted as I jumped onto the couch.

"Just play the damn song Rachel!" Lauryl yelled

"OK, OK," I said as I opened up iTunes and found the song right on the spot.

I immediately bought it.

I didn't realize that Lauryl and Evee were looking over my shoulder the entire time.

"WELL??? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? PRESS THE PLAY BUTTON!!" Evee yelled.

I almost fell off of my spot on the couch.

"JEEPERS NUTS! OK! OK!" I said as I quickly pressed the play button.

Immediately the song started to play as huge grins appeared on all three of our faces

The entire apartment was silent as we thought about the song.

It was really quiet.

UNTIL

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH THAT SONG IS THE BEST SONG EVER" Evee yelled.

"OKAY WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO DO A COVER ON THIS SONG ASAP," Lauryl yelled.

"YES, YES, YES! IT'S AMAZING!" Evee yelled once more, quietly humming the song as well.

"LET'S START IT RIGHT NOW!!" I said, getting up to get my laptop.

"BUT WE DON'T EVEN KNOW THE CHORDS TO THE SONG TO PLAY ON THE GUITAR!" Lauryl pointed out, hands on her hips.

"THEN WE'LL LEARN IT"

"This quick?" Lauryl questioned.

"Um, we can always try," Evee said with her usual optimistic personality.

"Ok," Lauryl walked over to her guitar and brought it over to the couch.

We searched up the chords and the notes of the song so we could actually try to learn it.

We never got voice coaches or any of that stuff though, we like to teach ourselves.

Lauryl takes lessons on guitar and piano, though, and Evee can play the guitar, piano, and violin.

I can play the piano and cello, which I always liked 'cause I could play the stuff Daniel played on the cello.

Yes, I'm in Daniel's lane.

HE'S JUST SO ADORABLE AND HIS TOOTH GAP ONLY MAKES HIM CUTER

"Rachel? RACHEL!" Evee's hands were waving in front of my face again

I didn't realize how often I zone out..

"Huh? Oh, 'sup,"

"Oml," Evee said, rolling her eyes.

Lauryl's eyes were glued to my laptop as she was trying to learn the chords of the song.

"Ok. Let's DO THIS," Lauryl shouted.

And that was the start of our BRAND NEW AMAZING COVER
