That summer rush

Chapter 16- It's always a good time.

                Kellie’s POV

                “Niall! What color goes better with my skin tone” I said holding up two Betsey Johnson dresses. One was this lavender, glittery short one and the other was more of a deep black color with pink roses.

                “The one on the right.” He said not even looking up from his Nintendo DS. Today we were shopping for dresses for my supposedly “Big Ass Birthday Bash” which Louis had come up while in midst of his planning. He was taking this completely and utterly serious.

                “Niall! You are no help!” I whined putting back both of the dresses. We had been to 4 stores already and I couldn’t find anything decent. Ugh.

                “Hey do you need any help?” A worker from the store asked seeing my predicament.

                “Yeah, lots, since my boyfriend won’t help at all.” I said sighing. She nodded and pulled out 4 dresses.

                “Do you like any of these?” She said showing off two pink dresses, one orange dress, and a gold dress. My eye caught the look of the gold one. It was gorgeous.

                “Ooooo I really like the gold one.” I said pointing towards it. “Niall, what do you think?” I held up the dress against my body.

                “Looks good babe.” He said smiling. Wow, he actually looked this time. I proceeded to the dressing rooms to try it on. I slipped off my clothing and pulled the dress over my head. I walked out and Niall clapped making me do turns and strike poses like a super model. My sister Alysa had returned from the food court with Harry and she was in awe by the dress I was wearing.

                “Damn Kell, you look good!” She said admiring my dress. “Do they have this in any other colors?” She said turning to the worker.

                “We have it in a variety of colors. Would you like to try one on?” The worker stated. My sister nodded. “Okay miss, follow me.”

                I bought the dress and matching shoes. They were perfect. I turned around and my sister strutted out of the changing rooms in a lavender almost look alike of the dress I had bought. It looked stunning on her. She looked really happy.

                She bought the dress and we were on our way!

                Harry’s POV

                I had finally gotten Niall alone because the girls had to go freshen up. I knew it was the perfect time to ask him a question that had been in my mind for a long time. “So what are you getting Kellie for her birthday?” I said nonchalantly.

                “Well, just some jewelry that I saw her eyeing the other day. Why?” He said looking at me.

                “I have no idea what to get Alysa.” I said looking at the ground.

                “Well, just get her something she will like. Nothing is too fancy.”

                The girls walked out of the bathroom and I still had no idea what to get her. I was fucked at this point. She deserved something great but I just didn’t want to get her something cliché.

                We were walking by the pet store when we were walking out of the mall and I saw what I needed to get her. It was perfect and totally unexpectable. She would be totally surprised and be totally in awe of the gift. Yes!
