Chapter 8

I woke up the next day happier than i had been in ages, I kissed Niall for the first time yesterday and it was magical.

I got up and went through my daily routine, getting dressed, brushing my teeth, eventually I was out the door and heading towards the Forrest.

When I got there I met up with Niall and we walked around for a while, it wasn't long until yesterday's kiss was the topic of choice.

"I ahh.. I enjoyed last night" he mumbled, rocking on his heels.

"Me too" I smiled, did I mention he looked adorable?

"Good, good" he chuckled as we continued walking, I couldn't help but glance at his eyes every so often.

"Yea.." I giggled as we arrived in a dark clearing and sat down, I looked around. I used to be petrified of the dark but lately I haven't been, well not so often since hanging around with Niall.

I decided to cut straight to the chase, I asked him about his parents and where they lived.

A sad expression immediately swallowed the happy expression previously covering his face, obviously he was uncomfortable with questions about his parents.

"I ahh.. I have no idea where they are n now.." He spoke, his words came out rattled and shaky.

"Do you remember the last place they lived?" I asked, I really need this information.

"Ahh...umm..." He pressed his index finger against his bottom lip as he thought, this was one of the many things that I have come to realise he does when he thinks.

"The last place I remember them living was 156 macrocarpa road Mullingar." he spoke, I nodded and noted the address down on my notepad.

"Thank you" I spoke, planting a light kiss on his cheek. I watched as he reached up to cover his would be blushed cheek, I smiled and stared at the ground.

Oh that skinny love...

Suddenly a burst of rustling leaves came out of no ware and Niall sprung up pulling me with him, howls and deep chuckles spread around us from behind the bushes.

"Well well well.. Look what the cat dragged in!" A deep husky voice said, his words pinching at the hairs on my arms.

I felt Niall's grip tighten around my hand, "shut up Carlos!" He growled under his breath.

"Or what runt!?, you gonna bite me!?" He chuckled again. sending shivers down my spine, this wasn't going to be good.

I yelped as Niall's fingers tightened harder around my hand, i soon sighed as he released them a little.

"Fuck off Carlos, I don't want to fight you today!" He growled once more, I really didn't like this Carlos guy.

"Aww boys, listen to the big cry baby!" He mocked, stepping out from the bushes with two other men.

I could barely see what he looked like because of the thickness of everything but I made out other details, he was just taller than Niall and well built.

The two men either side of him were about a foot taller than me and where thinner than Carlos, though they still had a fair amount of muscle on them.

Suddenly Carlos came at Niall and gripped him by his hair holding him just a few inches from the ground, I watched as Niall yelled and removed his hand from mine in order to free himself.

"Let go of him you monster!" I screamed, my fists banging against his chest.

I screamed as Niall tried to pull me away, "don't! Stop it!" I yelled as Carlos laughed.

"Getting a human to fight your fights for you runt! How pathetic, a girl human as well!" He laughed harder, I was fuming after that.

"What the fuck did you just call me you dumbass!!" I yelled, his featured tuned into a deep scowl and he called his men to take me away.

"ARAM!, LUCAS! Get this bitch away from me!" He demanded, I wanted to punch him in the throat.

I tried to fight the tall blonde guy and shorter guy with the long hair by pushing and shoving them away but it didn't work, instead they carried me with one holding my arms and the other holding my legs back into the bushes, away from Niall.

"She's not a fucking bitch you fucking ass!" I heard Niall yell, I listened as I heard a fight beginning between Carlos and Niall.

I had to think of a way to get out of Aram and Lucas' grip, that's when I come up with a plan.

"I need to pee!" I whined, I watched as they looked at each other and whispered before nodding and taking me to another tree.

"Excuse me! I'd like a bit of privacy please!" I scolded and watched as they backed away by a few steps,

"a bit more please, I don't want you seeing anything!" I watched again as they walked back and turned away from me.

"Finally!" I whined and began to silently pace my way back to where Niall would be, soon enough I was behind a few bushes watching them fighting.

I watched as they bit and punched each other, blood dripping from their wounds.

First Carlos punched Niall straight in the jaw, Niall then returned punching him in the gut and it just continued.

"THIS ISN'T THE LAST OF ME HORAN! YOU LITTLE RUNT!" Carlos yelled and wiped the palm of his hand against his jaw and spat some blood from his mouth, it landed in a pile of red stained rocks from just before.

"I DIDN'T IMAGE IT WOULD BE!" Niall yelled as he brushed his red stained hair out of his face, the cuts on his face even more visible.

I waited till Carlos left to go and see if Niall was okay, he just nodded saying it was usual and that he'd heal overnight.

"Okay.." I mumbled, "as long as you're still alive then it's okay" I added looking at his face.

"Good" he cooed, cupping my cheeks and staring into my eyes.

CARLOS' POV:

"Where the fuck are they!?" I looked through the Forrest for them and that's when I spotted them, standing there facing away from me whistling, waiting for something.

"WHAT THE FUCK ATR YOU DOING!?!" I yelled and they instantly turned around, why do I even put up with these idiots.

"The bitch said she needed to pee!" Exclaimed Lucas, I slapped him across the back of his head, "only I call her a bitch and did you really fucking believe her?!"

"Yeah.." Mumbled Aram and I did the same to him, "you's two are fucking idiots!" I pinched the bridge of my nose and shook my head.
