Finn and you have been dating for about a year now.
Finn POV
I woke up to morning to see Y/n still asleep. She looks so peaceful. I got out of bed carefully trying not to make to much noise and went to the kitchen. Y/n been talking about getting a puppy but I always tell her we wouldn't see it as much since were always on the road and I don't really want him/her in the car . I left a note and left to go get a little surprise
Y/n POV
I woke up and rolled over to see that Finn wasn't in bed. He left a note.
"I'll be back soon. I went to the store for food" - finn
I got up and went down stairs to wait for him. It didn't take long. He came in with a small smile on his face.
"What?" I asked
"Oh nothing.... Did you sleep good"
"Yeah I did"
"That's good"
"Oh yeah I brought breakfast hold on I'll be right back"
"Do you need help?"
"No I have it" he yelled back
"Y/n! Can you open the door" he yelled
"So you did need help?" I said with a laugh
"Not really I just couldn't open the door" I took the drinks from his hands  and we went to the dinning room
"After this let's go to the park?" He asked
"Um sure....why?"
"Oh you know to play on the toys" I rolled my eyes and smiled
"oh yeah sure we can still do that"
Skip Time
After breakfast I changed and we were off
"Hey where are we going?"
"we have to make a quick stop somewhere before.....to get snacks"
"ok" After a few minutes he pulled up at a pet shop"
"Um why are we here?"
"Oh I forgot to tell you" he said getting off
"Finn?"
"Just get off you'll see right now"
"Here open this" he handed you a box with a dog toy and a cute rainbow collar
"Finn you didn't"
"Since your hurt and your going to out for a couple weeks I thought you should have something you always wanted" he said
"Wait here" I waited there with butterfly's in my stomach. The door opened. I smiled she was about a year old border collie
"Her name is Lucky I know she's not a puppy but she looks so happy to be out now"
"oh my she so cute I don't care as long as she's happy ... And she's ours"
"Yeah of course"
"Hello lucky"
"Finn you didn't have to do this" I told him
"I love you and I just wanted you to be happy and I know your down about your leg"
"Finn I love you too but you didn't have to get her so I can be happy I'm happy with you and Lucky now..... Thank you"
