Positive Traits Simon is a very chirpy and cheerful guy who is very patient. It's hard to anger him but he seems easier to annoy if the weather isn't that nice. It's like the nicer the weather the happier he is.
Negative Traits Quite absentminded, really spacey and has a short attention span. If you want to keep his attention, don't be boring. If you are, he'll mute you out within a minute or two.
Strengths He's thinks about the outcomes of his actions most of the time and is one to get along with everyone. Well, almost everyone. He's quite the lucky guy so it isn't surprising if he finds a twenty on the ground, though he'll usually give it to the other person if he's with someone.
Weaknesses Like mentioned before, he had a short attention span so he loses focus on a lot of things. Even though he may be good at seeing through people he is not good at hiding his emotions, but he's usually happy so it's not that big of a deal.
Likes Simon loves small animals, especially birds that can talk if taught how to. He also enjoys colouring, it helps him relax and focus on things. He's not great at drawing but he's pretty good at colouring in pictures, like in colouring books meant for adults. (Though he still has some child colouring books laying around.)
Dislikes Simon doesn't dislike many things, but one thing he hates is the fact that he rarely ever finishes a case even though he comes so close to doing so.

Backstory Simon works as a detective, surprisingly. He's not the best but he's not the worst either. He always comes so close to finishing cases but it's very rare for him to actually complete it himself. His mother is the one who got him the job, she's good friend's with the boss. She's a childhood friend of theirs, so they basically consider the other family. So when Mac asked if they'd give him a shot here, of course they agreed. Since Simon isn't the best at finishing cases it's usually his mom that finishes it for him. His father isn't around much, always gone on business trips. Simon isn't even sure what his father does, all he knows it that it keeps him very busy.
