Song: Wild Ones - Flo Rida ft. Sia
Chapter 5-
Tyler and I have spent nearly three glorious months here in California, but recently we've learned that the Wedmore's are really putting the foot down on finding us.
"There's a chance they won't find us." I say, sitting on the counter in the bathroom as Tyler was taking a shower.
"Yeah, but that's a chance I'm not willing to take, Ameria," he said, stepping out of the shower his normal human sized body infront of mine. My eyes never left his face as I thought.
"Would you take a chance becomming a rouge?" I ask him. He doesn't answer. All he does is wrap a towel around his waist and walk into our room.
"Would you?" I press, laughing in my head about how his hair is awkwarly sticking to his face.
He looked at me with his adorible brown eyes. "For you?"
"No, for my unicorn Pablo." I challanged
"Why didn't you say so!" he exclaimed. "Anything for him!" he grinned stupidly.
"See??" I laughed and messed up his hair.
"Okay Pablo, where exactly are we going to go to? Wolves everywhere will be searching." he said, pulling on clothes.
"Random flight to somewhere remote. Fiji or something." I shrugged and he gripped my shoulders smirking down at me. Until now I'd never realized how short I was, at least 4'7.
"Have I mensioned how your crazy?" he asked.
"Somewhat." I giggled.
"Well your crazy doll, but that's why I love you so much." he kissed my forehead.
"You'd better," I stood on my tippy toes and he bent down to kiss me, but then he suddenly pulled away. "What?"
"We can leave soon, just not yet." he stood awkwardly, biting his lip.
"Wh-" I cast my senses out and knew why.
"Oh," I laughed.
"Fine, but only because your my mate and I love you." I said just before I jumped into his arms.
Being with Tyler didn't bother me or my wolf in the least. We seem to get a rush being with him and running form the Royals with him. We're loved and protected nomatter what and our love doesn't feel forced. It feels like it flows and simply belongs. There's no real expectation except to love him unconditionally, which I already do.
With Jayson, our love was forced upon me and I was expected to forfill so much. I was to be a Queen, Luna, and mother of Goddess knows how many heirs. I cannot carry that much responsibility, it's one thing for my family but a whole half hemisphere of packs? No. That life isn’t for me, but running away from him still made me feel horrible.
Tyler and I are truly soul mates, nothing about us is forced, we just go along with it. With the waves of life. But Jayson is always at the back of my mind.
Rouges for about a week in Fiji and I've been sick since day three. Fun!
'Look, maybe we should shift and rest.' Nathan said through our mindlink. We haven't stopped being wolves since we got here.
'N-' a thick wave of nausia rolled within me. 'Okay.' I plopped down panting.
'Shift Ruby.' he said sternly, shifting himself. I loved that we were using our real names again.
My wolf didin't allow me a chance to protest. She shifted for me and Nathan stared at me funny as he knelt next to me. "What?" I groaned.
He was speachless. All he did was take my hands in his and place them plam down on my stomach. Under my finger tips I could tell my stomach is slightly rounded off. Though I wasn't massive, I could tell I had a good baby bump.
