Finally" i said to myself as I packed up my bag after the fourth day of the training.
"Hey Tess". I kept closing my bag till I felt that familiar squeeze on my waist " Tess" now that got me paused cause I looked at Great confused "Tess? I dont understand? I asked waiting for more info
" hahaha yea that's my special name for my geek funny and beautiful friend" I was so touched by his words dont get me wrong am one of those girls with beautiful body and shape but who don't throw it around and those words coming from him had me all buttered up but I had to hit him playfully and drag him to the canteen with me just to hide the effect of his words on me.

Great, he's among the few selfless, so caring,funny smart guy,who knows what he wants. Two months after the training his company transferred him to their new branch in Delta. To my surprise distance did little or no harm to our friendship, we talked,laughed and even fight on phone,though as stubborn as I am he still has a way of making me apologize and we move on like its nothing.
Believe me he wasn't the drop dead gorgeous kind of guy that every girl would droll over. 40% girls will ignore in a room, 35% will warm up to him but either keep him as friends or forget his face after the first encounter while 25% will love to have him as friends and fall in love with him. I never knew I was going to be among the 25%. He wasn't the type to go extra miles to woo a girl but the type that values true friendship. It was so easy to talk with and to him maybe because he is open and not judgemental. We shared our experience in past relationships and our fears and dreams ,even fantasies.

And the holiday was so superb,he was a good host and it was the first time we were together on a neutral ground,it was like a mini honeymoon though without the XXX rated.we went to the moviee,strolls, hiking and site seeing. Just for the fun we argued about cooking arrangement wishing the holiday wouldn't end.
"Olisachukwu Great Olisa! I shouted from the kitchen,as I walked to the room wearing a medium size T-shirt and jersey short obviously Great's cloth
" am right here..."
"What's your plate doing in the sink? I asked him hand akimbo
" haba that's where dirty plates are kept" he answered pressing his phone not knowing I was already in the room
"Yes I know but you were meant to wash it"
"Haba naa Tess its just one plate help me wash it nah.." He pleaded finally giving me the attention I need "no!
do it yourself" I insisted
"This girl you are trouble ohhh.. You no reason my clothes you be de wear since you come,in fact go and remove my cloth for me"
"See you, you should be happy am modeling it for you"
"Modeling koh since you wouldn't wash my plate for me go and remove my cloth"
"If I hear, come and remove it yourself" immediately those words left my mouth the imagination of him doing that thrilled me as if on que he made for me as I jumped on the chair. We ran round the apartment and finall the shirt came off since it was big. I found myself laying on the cushion in my blue foam bra and short. Still laughing he dragged me up and as I stood with his hands around my waist, my hands just stayed around his neck. " it feels so easy being with you, so comfy holding you like this, Tess you are beautiful, and dont mind me calling you tiny waist "

"Well that makes us two but maybe this is cause there's no commitment and I think its safer that way"
"I understand" and then it happened,the kiss was sparkling. ........
