A few minutes later, he brought sweatpants to Julian and let him change while he was preparing him a glass of water and a Doliprane. When Presnel entered in the bedroom again, he was surprised to see that all the energy that the German player had before was gone. He put everything on the nightstand next to the bed before smiling when he saw Julian laying up on the bed like a crepe.

"You okay?" he asked, sitting on the edge of the bed, and Julian came closer, putting his head on Presnel's thighs.

"No," he said honestly, and Presnel bit his lips. Julian was used to tell everyone that he was fine even when he wasn't, so he was surprised to hear him say the contrary.

"Do you wanna talk about what happened?"

"Nothing."

"Ju...I know you enough to know that you don't end up drunk without any reason."

Julian closed his eyes, and Presnel thought he was asleep when he started to talk.

"I kissed someone. And it wasn't Melanie."

Presnel opened his eyes wide, surprised. Julian and Melanie had been dating for years. He had always known them together. He knew that Julian was completely sober when he kissed the other person , and he was almost disappointed to hear that. To him, the German player was innocent, and he would never have thought that he could do something like that. So, even thought he was his friend, he couldn't let that go.

"Seriously? Why did you do that? You better tell her."

Presnel knew that it was useless to get angry. Julian probably won't remember all of that when he'll wake up, but he was mad at him. Melanie did not deserve to be cheated on like that, no one deserved to be cheated on like that.

"I'm going to tell her and to break up with her," Julian said as if he was saying that it was raining outside, and Presnel was lost.

"What? But...are you sure? Tell her first. And explain to her."

"Explain to her," Julian repeated monotonously. "How can I explain to her that I prefer boys?"
